We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (Securely Processed by Stripe). For your convenience, We also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay. We have also partnered with Affirm and Klarna to bring you the option of paying over time in 4 equal payments – without any costs or fees to you. Whatever your preferred option is, we are happy to support it!

As a small company, we are only required to charge tax in states we have our warehouses (Pennsylvania and Texas) or have Economic Nexus. As of January 2023, these are Ohio, Illinois, North Carolina, Georgia, Michigan, Virginia, New Jersey, Indiana, Minnesota, Maryland, and Florida. This list is subject to change. If your order is shipping to one of these states, you will be required to pay sales tax on your order. If your order is not to one of these states, Retro vGames will not collect and remit sales tax. However, you are still responsible for following your state’s laws regarding sales tax for online purchases. If you have a legal exemption from sales tax in your state, you may email documentation to [email protected] and we will send you a custom invoice, without sales tax. You may also place the order on our checkout system, and submit documentation for a refund of sales tax afterward. Please note, we can only handle sales tax exemption requests for orders over $200.00, orders below this amount will be required to charge sales tax.
All items listed on our website are in stock. When an item is out of stock, it is automatically hidden and cannot be added to the cart.
Free shipping is available to all orders in the United States; this takes 7-10 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost (varies based on your order) and will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Free shipping to Canada for orders over $120 is available and will take 10-14 Days. Expedited Shipping to Canada takes 5-7 Business Days for an additional cost. Economy shipping to the Rest of the world is available at an additional cost.

Buy something. Yup, that’s right, there are no minimums to qualify. Shipping is absolutely free to the United States. Expedited (3-5 day) shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. Customers from Canada qualify for free shipping on orders over $120. To the rest of the world, shipping is available at an additional cost.

Possibly! We have a large catalog selection that isn’t available directly in our online store. You can contact us to see if we have the particular game, console or accessory that you are looking for along with pricing and ordering information.
99% of what we sell is pre-owned refurbished as a retro gaming store. Many items are 10, 20, or 30+ years old and have been out of production for a long time. However, everything sold is thoroughly tested & working and is in overall good/refurbished condition. Some 3rd party controllers, wires, and accessories listed or included in bundles are in new condition. We do have to brand new options of modern consoles (ps4/5, Nintendo switch, xbox one) available for purchase.

We’ve partnered with affirm  pay overtime to give you the option of financing your $100+ purchase free of charge. You can make four biweekly payments (via debit or credit card) without any interest. As long as you make the payments on time, there won’t be any cost to you. For example, you purchase a $200 console from us. You would pay $50 every two weeks until it’s paid off. 

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP and notify us of the cancellation. The fastest way to get a response is by calling or texting our phone number. Please note that orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Upon cancellation, we can either give you a store credit or refund your card. Orders cancellation is not guaranteed and cannot be canceled once they are shipped; this is sometimes < 2 hours during the work day. If we are unable to cancel your order, please see our return policy.

You can track your order here. Please make sure that you input the full order number and are using the same email that you ordered the item with. If nothing comes up, and it has been longer than 48 hours since placing your order, please contact us.

We suggest you check with your family members, neighbors, your doorman (if you live in an apartment), or the carrier. If you still haven’t received the package and are unable to locate it, please contact us and we will help you with getting your item!
They may have been shipped separately. If you purchased multiple games/consoles from us and everything wasn’t in our main location at the time of your order, they would be sent separate. Even within a console bundle, the wires or controller sometimes come in separate packages. Your tracking info should show multiple packages. If you still think that you are missing items, please contact us.
We have a 121-day warranty on all products that we sell. This means that you can contact us for troubleshooting, repair, or a replacement item if you have any issues within 121 days. Our return policy for a refund is 30 days for all products. See more details here.
