I am a huge fan of the Jambo safari arcade game. In fact I’m such a big fan that I had the high score on the machine I frequented until they pulled it from the arcade. The day I discovered it was gone a bit of me died inside.Then I saw this on retrolio and I was thrilled. There seems to be some semblance of a story line/missions to the game (unlike the arcade version) while still retaining the classic gameplay of chasing down animals in your jeep and lassoing them in. Only being able to catch and keep 3 animals at a time until you return to the research hut is a bit of a bummer. Navigating the world and figuring out which buildings are which is very difficult.Overall the game does the job.

We bought this game as a birthday gift for our 10 year old grandson. He loves animals and animal facts, and he really likes this game! I’d say it’s a hit!
