Legend of Zelda a Link to the Past SNES Super Nintendo Game Cartridge Cleaned Tested and Guaranteed to Work!
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past is the third game in the The Legend of Zelda series, and the first and only one for the Super Nintendo. After the side-scrolling and more RPG-like gameplay of Zelda 2 The Adventure of Link, A Link to the Past was a return to the overhead view and gameplay style of the original. It introduced the concept of two different worlds (one dark, one light), which was revisited to an extent in the Nintendo 64 classic Ocarina of Time which featured two time periods rather than dark and light worlds.

The inside pages are perfect. The front and back cover has minimal damage. I needed one for the GBA version. The maps for Four Swords I use for the DSiWare Zelda Four Swords (DSi & 3DS) since is the same.

This strategy guide is an officially licensed Nintendo product, and is both accurate and helpful for virtually all aspects of this game. Detailed maps with callouts are very helpful for the main game, and this guide also includes tips and tricks for the new multi-player game Four Swords included in the GBA cartridge. Overall a very good guide.

This game is the “Legend of Zelda: A link to the past” port of a SNES classic. It’s a tricky game overall and this book explains every puzzle, dungeon, and story progression with clearity. I’d recomend only using it when you are having trouble progressing the story or at a tricky boss battle, but wouldn’t recomend reading it step by step. Some critics of this review may say “this game dosen’t need a walkthrough because it is perfect”. I’d agree that the game is perfect, but know it all’s will find something they didn’t know. The mirror shield? How to make faries appear from invicible enemeis? Exta bottles? or new GBA features.Of course, the bigggest GBA specific feature is “…4-swords”. It’s very similar to the GAmecube edition, similar puzzles and similar art style: think “Minish Cap” by Capcom art style for Link. Hooking up 4 GBA’s each with a copy of this game is a little hardcore, but there are plenty of Hardcore Zelda fans, but I’d recomend playing “4 swords” on the Cube with 1 or 2 players to see if it is worth the hassle. This guide also comes with a 3 page poster in the back, it’s not a fold out nor easily detachable, so if you buy it and it dosent’ come with the poster, the detaching process may ruin the binding unless it was cut out rather that pulled out of the binding. Buy this while it’s still cheap!
