The cost couldn’t be beaten for the game, but they both get a little dull pretty quick.
To get two decent games for the price of this combo pack is a good deal. Shipping was quick and the game(s) arrived without damage. Overall very satisfied with the entire transaction.

I’m not much of a gamer, but I’ve played the NBA2K series before and love the "MyPlayer" portion of the game, where you can level a custom character through the ranks. Because of this, I thought MLB2K13 would be similarly as fun. While it’s enjoyable to play for a short period of time, i feel like it requires HOURS to level up your player. I suppose it’s because you’re relying on your virtual teammates to bat you in so you can level up your baserunning abilities, but come on, I can only take so much. It is relatively fun though, so while I wouldn’t recommend it as a stand-alone purchase, the combo is a good buy. NBA2K113 is great. Once again, the "MyPlayer" aspect of the game is amazing and I love hearing the commentators working in real-time. This game is definitely worth a purchase now that it’s cheaper because of the new version, and because of the combo pack, making the price lower than ever.
NBA2K13 is great, MLB2K13 has so many bugs that it is almost unplayable including invisible walls in the outfield, npc’s catching fly balls underneath the stands, and the player who bats after you in mycareer mode sets the record for most strikeouts in a season every year.

I really want to say that I love MLB 2K13, but it’s basically MLB 2K12 with a roster update. Pretty disappointing stuff honestly, but it’s the last (forseeable) baseball game on Xbox 360 so that’s something to consider.NBA 2K13 is great and it’s a joy to play. My career is probably my favorite mode and basketball fans should enjoy developing their player for many seasons. I really wish 2K would have taken half the effort they put into NBA 2K and put it into MLB 2K, then maybe we would have a 5 star item here.
