This game is basically Castlevania for kids, and not in a bad way. This game plays very similarly to the old school side scrollers when you transition between zones in the game. It’s about takes about 5-8 hours to beat the game. This game was definitely worth what I paid for it. All of the Adventure Time jokes are still in here and then-some. I am 22 and very thoroughly enjoyed this game.

It’s a fun game to help keep you occupied when you’re traveling, or need some relaxing time. It’s definitely a lot better than I thought it would be. But, I’m very glad I purchased this game. It’s for all ages I believe.

It really caught the spirit of the show, and the theme song rendition on the menu screen is great. Overall it was too short and the variety of enemies were low. I’d still recomend a buy for any Adventure Time fan adult or younger just don’t expect a 20 hour game.

My 12 year old got this for his 3DS for Christmas and he spent quite a bit of time playing it in the car on long road trips over the last few weeks. He gave it a thumbs-up.

I got this game for my 9 year old son for Christmas, who has autism and is pretty picky about video games. He always wants the games but loses interest in them very quickly, and it’s kind of important to have a game that keeps his interest because it’s basically the only instrument (his 3DS) that keeps him busy while we’re out shopping/visiting with people/at a restaurant, etc. Without his 3DS we wouldn’t go anywhere, it’s just impossible. I’m happy that this game wasn’t a waste like so many others. It’s cute, age appropriate and keeps him entertained. It was shipped right away and I got it fast. Thanks!

Adventure Time fans can rest assured that they will enjoy this game. The dialogue is spot-on for every character to the point where I can literally hear the characters talking in my head (though their is occasionally some spoken dialogue which usually amounts to a word or two, don’t expect full sentences).The gameplay is reminiscent of Legend of Zelda II, which I’m sure you know by now. The game is not very challenging if you’re used to playing video games. This was probably done so they wouldn’t alienate younger gamers (though they sometimes tend to be the best gamers!) The game plays and feels great, though sometimes it is confusing trying to use health items with the touch screen while in the middle of a fight.Now onto the down sides, sometimes you may get lost on what to do, though eventually you’ll figure it out as it’s usually not too hard or cryptic (just be sure to pay attention to the dialogue [as you should be, as it’s great!]The other downside which is the worst in my opinion is that the game is very short. Being a avid gamer I was able to beat the game in 4 and a half hours! (There seems to be a new game plus mode but I haven’t touched it yet) Also, some characters do not get as much screen time as they should in my opinion (though most of the main characters from the show and a lot of the side characters make their appearances).In short, if you’re an adventure time lover, you’ll probably enjoy this game but be sure to be wary of the fact that it is not a difficul.

This game is a must if you enjoy the Adventure Time show, all together it is a fun game but is geared to a younger player.
