I must say, This game is unique and happy it exist. With no drawing or painting experience at all I bought this game for myself as a start (age 20). It include dozen of lessons that teach all kind of Arts, tools and different levels of difficultly, and if the number of lessons aren’t enough for you, you can always buy more online. it will consume hours of your life that you will enjoy (hopefully).Yet you need to remember this is a game and if you try to apply what you learned in a paper or canvas you will realize it different, and not as simple as the game made it to be and you need to adjust.The game gives you a great understanding to how start a drawing, how to blend, what to use and when.

You get a mini tablet with a fun little guy teaching you what to do and you get to be creative and use your artistic talents all you want, and they put soft music in the background (but I don’t think you can turn it off during the lessons)! I was well pleased with this ‘toy.’ It puts a good vision of what it must be like to be a professional artist and I would recommend this to just about anyone.
I’m glued to my 3ds for hours. it has structured lessons with a relaxed environment and each lesson builds on the last one. You’ll love it!
I love educational games and this one is one of the best for kids and adults! Now I wish the kids had a 3ds XL! Best of 3ds for the young and young-at-heart!!! A no regrets purchase, easily in the top 5 educational games for 3ds.
I went into this having no real experience with drawing. I hadn’t done so for about 4 months, and it wasn’t like I was an expert at that point either Within 1 hour I had a surprisingly passable painting of a cherry. From that point on, I was hooked. All you need is a modicum of effort and you’ll most likely get the results you are looking for.
It truly is wonderful for anyone wanting to learn how to be a artist. painting, skecthing with both regualer lead and colors and using pastels . truly a delight
This was a Christmas present for my Grandson who plans to be an animator when he grows up. He is extremely pleased with this gift. It was delivered promptly and in good condition. The price and shipping cost were very reasonable.
I bought this for my artist grand daughter who loves to draw. She is constantly learning new techniques with this program and loves it. It is worth the money and brings out her creative side.
I bought this game for the 3DS since I was considering before to get the DS version, but changed my mind. And I have to say, this game is so AWESOME! I love it! After the 3rd lesson I managed to paint a killer still life of a slice of cantaloupe, with highlights, shinier spots and everything. It is very clear with the instructions and offers you a variety of mediums and subjects to use. I feel I am making legitimate improvements in my art skills, and you can see it when I mess around on my tablet as well.

I am loving this game. I’ve always loved art but I’ve mostly had to learn on my own. I’ve just started but so far I’ve learned some helpful tips and I look forward to finishing the lessons and the mini lessons. Setting up your own gallery was a lot of fun. I love that there is also a "free paint" option so you can go and do what you want outside of the lessons.

I ordered this item on December 24 and I got it on the 28th. I didn’t expect it to deliver so fast. It looked as if you just unwrapped a new game. It came in a very sturdy box with a lot of wrapping. The papers and booklet was in there as if untouched. I was able to redeem my club nintendo points.I love this game.I always loved drawing but, i never really got into painting because, i would use the thinnest paint brush ever and the lines would look sloppy. That is the only thing that i had trouble with in painting. This game really helped me a lot. It gave me more confidence to paint. I love how you can download more lessons over wifi. I love to play this when i’m bored and waiting. Digitally drawing is really hard for me as well. A few years ago, my sister bought me a drawing tablet that you hooked up to the computer and, let’s just say, it wasn’t for me. I had to look at the screen when i drew on the software. It was like drawing blindfolded. I couldn’t do it so, I gave up. I also had to buy the software after the 30 day trial ended which was a big thumbs down. For the price of it, it should have been free. In the game I can actually see what i’m drawing. You can share you work with other people. The graphite pencil box is of course my favorite. I love the grid that you can use.Normally, in reality I don’t use a grid because, i’m a pro. My art teacher was impressed that I could. Since i’m a noob at digital things like this, i do use one. I am wishing that the creator of this.
