This is somewhat like many of the “brain” type games for ds but some of the others are not that great. This one is fun and very challenging. It is addictive as you want to keep playing until you can get every question right and win the gold trophy. Adults and older children will enjoy this one!

This is similar at first glance like brain academy, which I did not like. After playing it awhile, I changed my mind. I found out although it seemed simple at first, it was really challenging. It is not like Brain Age 1 and 2, but it has challenges as each new level’s speed gets faster. It is easy to get fooled and make wrong choices, but you get the opportunity to get better at each level, even though you pass the minimum requirements by redoing the test(s). I recommend it for those who like Brain Age 1 & 2,and Fast Focus.

everything was great

if you love I.Q. tests, training your brain and mental challenges these are the games for you
The Fallen Angel with a broken Wing –
I picked up this game yesterday and I really like it. I’m glad there isn’t a timer to each question cuz some I am really slow on like Math. *I’m terrible in Math*. I find this game not so challenging except for the Dominoes and Math. The rest is quite easy but I enjoy it and think it’s a good DS game.

I bought this for a Christmas gift. they really like it, even though it’s hard to play.Gets their mind working!

You got to love Nintendo for continuing to find ways to tests you’re levels of frustration in a game. Hours of good mind frustrating fun.

I like this game, but many of the choices involve different names for objects and places, leading me to believe that it was created for a market other than America. Also (I was a teacher) it has the same problem that real IQ tests have. Many questions are dependent on familiarity with different topics rather than with intelligence. Overall, it is fun, and although you are never actually told what the answers are, certain terms turn up in other questions later on, giving you an indication of what the answer should have been.

help your mind

This game is challenging and there are no time limits. Many of the questions require pretty complex mental math, and sequences between numbers and letters that might frustrate some people. This is what I wanted. Most sections start off with some extremely simple questions, then they start to surprise you with harder ones. I spend some time pondering before answering some of the harder ones. There should be a better seperation between simple and difficult levels. Also, the game moves slowly between questions and does not give an IQ score. I have been using it for a week and have not seen how far the game will take me. My kids don’t use it much. My personal favorite, “Brain Challenge”, keeps calling me out. They grade progress by telling you what percentage of the brain you are using. If at 18%, every nook and crany of my brain is being pressure cleaned with these extremely challenging mind tortures, it makes me wonder where I’ll be if I reach 70-90%. I can’t say the same for “Best of Tests DS”. Still, I give it 4 stars because I’m satisfied with it. I would like to see more of these brain developement games produced.
