When I first got this game, I found it really interesting and exciting. I played solo most of the time, and I enjoyed challenging myself to get a better score. I worked my way up from C– to A–. It is actually hard to improve on your score, especially as you go up the ladder. Your head needs to be in focus for at least 10-15 minutes per set of tests. A little mistake in the middle would bite and frustrate you. Plus, once you start get a hang of the questions, your brain would probably be tired by then. It was fun though, especially if you are the ambitious type who always want to beat your own best score ;)I played this game a couple times with my friends as well. It is definitely a fun and healthy competitive game. I suggest however, that you do not play with people with big ‘ego’ :) And have people with similar level play against each other for optimum adrenaline rush!Teaming up with your friends to solve individual test can be fun too. But as time is a crucial factor determining your score, it is probably not reasonable to take in many inputs from your peers to beat the clock. Buy this game and get a mental lift! Don’t overdo it though, as you may end up draining all of energy ;)There aren’t many variety of the games, so you will get bored soon if you play it all the time. I personally play this game just once or a couple times a month when I am bored, so it serves me well.

We purchased this game for my parents but ended up loving it so much that we had to buy our own copy! The game is loads of fun, and you don’t realize that you are getting a “brain workout” at the same time. It makes me feel good to know that I am maintaining an active mind while having fun. The game also instills a sense of friendly competition, but there are also options for teamwork. GREAT game!!

Interesting game; fun and playable. I’ll keep this one! Fifteen different games, each with three levels of difficulty, to exercise your mind. The "easy, medium and hard" levels are appropriately graded. Within each sub-game, you can advance to "bronze, silver and gold" levels. The Bronze is simple to reach, silver is tough and gold is VERY difficult. All in all, a good range of experience. One minor flaw is all the "cute" screens you have to go through for each exercise. I haven’t been able to find a shortcut, other than repeatedly hitting the "A" button.

I was wounded in action in December during my units Deployment in Afhanistan. Head injuries (TBI) have left me with short term memory loss and balance issues. Big Brain Acadamy was recommended by the doctors that have been overseeing my rehab. At first look the game seems trivial and many adults might think that it is a kids game. I have found the game very challenging though and I do enjoy it.Five different categories with varying difficulty levels help you improve memory retention, focus, problem solving and other areas. After the test batteries are completed the game gives you a chart to track your progress and growth. The test are fun and intuitive. On the down side some of the tests can be difficult and the game does get repetitive but then again that is key for people like me who suffer from memory loss.Get this game. It will improve your memory skills.

My husband and I (both college educated professionals) love playing this game together. I was a little worried when I bought it that it would be a little young for us, but it turned out to be really stimulating. The games are simple, but they require attention and speed. That said, I think it’s one of those games that we’ll be more or less done with in a couple of months. That’s okay with us. There’s not a lot of variety in the activities available. Also, the “instructor” is annoying, and it’s a pain to have to listen to him praising you extensively after every game when you mostly just want to move on to the next one.

Challenging and fun at the same time. Great for all ages so the whole family can play. My daughter and I enjoyed it so much we couldn’t stop playing. The graphics and visuals are generic enough so this game won’t become outdated in a year or two. We highly recommend it to families looking for good, clean, mentally stimulating entertainment.

This game is for every age. Myself, my husband, my children (ages 5-16) my mom, dad and grandmother all have a great time playing this game. Very fun! You try to collect medals for your school records and it also gives a report of how you all add up against eachother. Each player uses their own Mii so it looks as if it is you playing. Very awesome game. (many short games) and more are added once you master all that are originally given.

I’ve had this game for a couple of weeks. It’s not quite what I expected but it’s challenging and fun. The setup and data stuff is a bit tedious, IMHO. Also I don’t like all the screen narrative after the game is over, but I don’t like it on other WII games either. This is a good family game and will be fun for kidergarteners and up. Within a family setting, even the high schoolers will have fun.

Lots of fun

I bought this for the kids to use. We have a WiiU system and this game needs a specific controller to play the game as it is only a Wii game. As soon a I get the other controller we will test it out.
