The game is fully tested & guaranteed to work. It’s the cartridge / disc only unless otherwise specified.
A wicked plot by a sinister raven and his massive flock of monstrous crows has cast Morning Land into darkness. Only Billy Hatcher and his friends from the human world can bring the dawn again to the lands of the Chicken Elders. Find eggs and roll them around the sprawling levels, smash enemies and collect fruit until they are ready to hatch, and then crack the suckers open to bring a small, friendly animal into this world. You’ll be surprised by what you can do with these eggs but it will take quick moves and a Rooster Suit to foil the fowl forces of Dark Raven.

Have the waters parted? Is it the end of the world? Has…has Sonic Team made a non-Sonic game?! Yes, it has-and while it’s not the hard-working, dedicated world-beater it appeared to be at last spring’s E3 show, Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg is an inspired platformer in an age when inspiration in platformers has fallen into the "yeah, let’s deal with that later" category.Young Mr. Hatcher, a bouncy kid in a chicken suit, has been whisked away to a poultry wonderland where crows have encased the world in darkness. His mission is normal enough-take back the light-but his methodology would probably make Sonic sick. Billy’s only weapons in this game are eggs-very large eggs, in fact, that are found willy-nilly in each stage. Besides throwing them at (or rolling them over) enemies, Billy can hatch eggs after he’s "fed" them with enough of the food that evildoers leave behind. Depending on the egg you’ve got in hand (there are 72 in all), you can hatch helper creatures, power-up items, energy-granting butterflies, GBA mini-games, and even a certain blue spiky animal…assuming you can find enough coins to unlock that extra. Despite the sheer novelty of rolling eggs over enemies instead of hopping on them, Billy Hatcher is just another mission-based platformer at heart. Basic game structure (not to mention a mission or two) is right from Super Mario 64-you’ll know each stage like the back of your hand by the time you complete the five missions in each one. Luc.

Sega(the masters of video games) are back again with this action/adventure title from Sonic Team. The game plays exclusivly on Gamecube. It stars (as described in title) Billy Hatcher. A normal kid who was summoned to Morning land to bring day light back to their world and ours. With the bright worlds and childish humor it is no wonder they picked the GC for such a game. The levels are rather large. Taking place in five or more different sections per level. Each split into a kind of mini adventure. The controls can be frustraiting in the begining, but once you have gotten use to that it is clear sailing. The game is a kinda mixture of Mario Sunshine, and Nights. Night’s influence into the game is obvious by the grading system at the end of each level, loops that hurl you through the air in some levels, the controls while dealing with an egg,the soundtrack, the character design, and the story. Mario’s is obvious by having more than one objective to each level, and having to collect chicken coins, and emblems. (Instead of blue coins and stars)The real genius in the game however is the egg system. There are many different types of eggs. Each kind having a different item inside. Some are just additions to the chiken suit while others are egg animals. Each item will come in handy throughout the game. The most fun part is trying to hatch every egg you see just to see whats inside. Some are duds but they are rather easy to notice. Yet still come in handy at times. keep in mind that w.

This is one of the most original games in ages. Play Billy Hatcher in a chicken suit rolling eggs through mazes and hatching eggs to free the Elder Chickens or morning will never return to the world. It sounds incredibly corny but it’s amazingly cute and the music is very catchy. One mode of play (described above) is Story Mode and there is also a multi-player battle mode. The only thing I wish it had was a cooperative multi-player mode and this is the only reason I did not give it 5-stars overall. This is not a “button masher” and is good even for small children that don’t read yet. If they can’t read someone will need to help them out until they learn the controls but after that it’s just non-stop fun!

Get ready for some scrambled eggs because the world has just got chickened out. Billy Hatcher is a game made by sonic team and sega. If you are a sonic the hedgehog fan (like me) then I highly recommend Billy Hatcher, even if you have never heard of sonic or sega I still recommend it. I absolutly loved this game, it was just hard enough and had an interesting plot. The plot was about how evil crows led by the sinister Dark Raven try to take over Morning Land a sunny tropical world that has chickens inhabitants. You are Billy Hatcher a young boy who shows his courage when a chick is about to be hurt by a crow. The grateful chick sends Billy and his friends to Morning Land where they use a ledgendary chicken suit to roll eggs around and squash those annoying crows back to where they came from. Keep up in fast paced rolling, slaming, jumping, squashing, pushing and just plain fun! Some features: multiplayer, story mode, multiple characters, great graphics and cute creatures.
