Cheapest game I’ve bought online
It’s a fun game that’s basically just a package of Nintendo Shop downloads in a hard copy. It’s fun and nice to play when I’m bored and want to interact with some cool techno tunes. But it’s not amazing.
One of the most addictive games.
This is a great collection of 6 games. The best game is bit trip runner. Its retro and modern at the same time. The only bad part is you might get fustrated with losing. All in all you should get this if you like retro games.
These games are great, but right now Saga is on sale in the Nintendo eShop for $4.99 until September 17, 2013.For $4.99, it is DEFINITELY worth it. It’s worth it for “Runner” alone.Anyway, visit the Nintendo eShop on your 3DS to get it at a reduced price.
There is no question that it is honestly very hard to make a game that delivered very well for downloads, and see it transform to a whole new level. That has been very hard for games for the Nintendo Wii’s downloads, Wiiware. They have had some great titles, and some of them just haven’t felt like they were even close to thriving. But, with so much anticipation for the upcoming Nintendo’s Wii U, and with the lack of strong games for Sony’s PS3 Move and Microsoft’s Xbox Kinnect, many have considered taking gaming as a backseat. But with the Nintendo 3DS, there hasn’t been as much hoopla as many gamers had hoped for. Still, there have been some really surprising titles, and this one came from the Wii.Bit.Trip.Saga for the Nintendo 3DS takes on all 6 of the Bit.Trip titles that were available for the Nintendo Wii through the Wiiware downloads, are now available in one convient game, and it really is surprisingly addictive. The graphics for all the games might be a throwback to the 80’s, but the gameplay is actually surprisingly addictive. You have all 6 of the Bit.Trip games here, Bit.Trip.Beat, Bit.Trip.Flux, Bit.Trip.Void, Bit.Trip.Runner, Bit.Trip.Core, and Bit.Trip.Fate. The gameplay is surprisingly addictive, and focuses mainly on strong concentration and accuracy at times, especially on Bit.Trip.Runner, where you have percisely time your jumps and moves properly, otherwise you would have to go completely back to the start, and Bit.Trip.Flux which takes on a pong-like throw.
This cartridge has 6 colorful, simple, fast, and challenging minigames. The soundtrack will hook you in, but after things flying off the screen for about 20 minutes your eyes will need a break. Bit trip runner (a side scroller) is worth it alone, but there are some other fun minigames (kind of like a crazy version of pong)as well. I don’t know what the original price was, but I paid about 15 dollars for it.

They have been ported over to the 3DS with some new controls and of course, the 3D effects. While the 3D isn’t necessary to enjoy these games, they still remain fun and very, very challenging. These are hard games, people. Don’t underestimate that. With practice, you can clear most of the games but if you get easily frustrated, be wary.

This is just the video game for 8-bit guys. Perhaps it is not the most awesome graphics you’ll see, or the most extreme play experience you’ll have. This is a set of simple games. All based on simple principles. Pressing buttons, and/or moving around.Most people fall inmediatly in love with “Runner”, thats why my review will center on it. A really simple game, with an 8-bit guy running, and you just have to jump (to avoid holes), slide (to avoid getting hit in the head), kick (to break some obstacle), etc. That’s it. Oh, and also, you will have a really nice 8-bit music in the background, which, when you get some powerups, starts converting to a new kind of music. Backgrounds are 3d, and really nice. You wont notice them, until you become good at the game, because if you look too much, you’ll get hit and have to start all over again. The other games are just as simple. Some look like Pong (evolved). Music is always simple at the beginning, and becomes something else as you get powerups. Backgrounds are always really distracting with 3d motion. (and 3d effects on the 3ds display). Like 3 weeks ago i got like 5 games for the 3ds… Im still playing Bit Trip Saga : Runner :)

BIT.TRIP SAGA is a collection of all 6 games in the award-winning gaijin games series that originally debuted on the Nintendo Wii. Fans of the games have every reason to revisit this wonderful world due to the added option of full stereoscopic 3D, which looks great on a 3DS XL screen.The games have all been ported very well and the 3D effect leaves you in a trance, more so than even the originals!One setback, though, is some minor frame rate issues that appear later in some, but not all of the games. Being that these are rhythm oriented titles this can be problematic, but not game breaking.Overall it is a fantastic value, issues aside, and I would highly recommend adding it to your 3DS library.
