Intended use:This game is flash game quality. Do not buy.3/10 – Worth $2.Unintended use:The homebrew scene has really improved. We’ve got great emulators, some doom and even some minecraft.9/10 – more games would be great, and we wish we had 9.4.

EDIT: As of 11.1, NinjHax is working as a primary again, and it’s one of the only entrypoints for that Firmware (so far). So uh… not RIP.Much better (and free) methods of homebrew exist right now, plus the exploit for this is only secondary on 11.0. There is no point in purchasing this for hax anymore, so the game is essentially dead. However, Cubic Ninja’s legacy and impact on the 3DS hacking scene will never be forgotten, and that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. Rest in peace, Ninjhax….Oh and the game sucks too. Even that Doodle Jump port wasn’t as awkward with tilting your 3DS as this is. It was an interesting concept with a crappy execution.

10/10 would develop homebrew again

Incredibly, this game seems to have been passed by when it came out. It’s a game pack, which includes games like Minecraft, DOOM, the entire NES, GBA and SNES libraries, among plenty of other titles and mods for 3DS games! It also includes some awful game called "Cubic Ninja" but you can feel free to ignore that one.

The first thing I did was go to Options and select Circle Pad Mode (which was set to OFF) and turn it ON.Note that you cannot play with the Motion Sensors, but you get to play the entire game in 3D in exchange and you will be just using the Circle Pad & X button. The 3D doesn’t look that good in the first few levels, but gets more better later on, but the cinematics have a pretty weak 3D effect also. Some levels will be challenging, but if you want a real challenge…..well that’s what the Boss Battles are for.And you have 4 extra buttons on the Touch Screen which will get a 5th Button if you die 5 times in the Level to increase your amount of Ninja Scrolls to do Special Ninja abilities to help you beat the game.Long story short, this game is worth around $10.CONS:The Frame Rate drops every here & there in the 4th stage (Levels 61 to 80) with the 3D ON (Circle Pad Mode ON), but this is fix with a Wireless Update to the 3DS, if you have Firmware 4.2.0-9U, but if you have 4.3.0-10U then you will have a drop in Frame Rate…..until they fix it again with Future Wireless Updates to the Nintendo 3DS.TIPS:Some of the best characters to use are CC & The yellow rubber guy & Muss-L & Feme-9 & Neme-something (the iron ninja) & sometimes Fros-T.
