Long time gamer, played WoW for years, love RPGs, big into Bethesda games, played most of the co-op dungeon crawlers out there. This game is not by any means the best, but it is excellent. The graphics are old and the story line is hokey, but the game play, and the character creation and leveling are superb, the best of any dungeon crawler I’ve ever played. Plus the loot is always changing and engaging. Love this game, wish I still had my PS2 to play it on. In fact, go buy a PS2 to play this on, it’s worth it.

I found this game a bit too easy but there are times when the difficulty rating was high and it was certainly more challenging. The Prince of Hate can only be defeated a certain way regardless of what difficulty level you play. Once you figure out how to beat him and the other bosses you pretty much got the game cornered. I liked the character customization at the very beginning. You’ll also notice that all the NPC’s you encounter that are female have very noticable endowments to say the least. The game is prone to crashing if there’s but one small scratch on the disc or if your PS2 isn’t at least a year old. Yeah that bites and this is the only reason I don’t give this otherwise enjoyable game more than 4 stars. The bugs will annoy you after awhile. I am fortunate enough to have ordered a game that’s bug free, but I’ve heard other folks complain mostly about the bugs in this game. Well, I suggest renting first.

This is BY FAR my favorite classic PS2 game, aside from it’s sequel (Champions: Return to Arms). This game offers a fun compelling story, great game play, and several characters to chose from with a wide variety of spells. This is an RPG-style game with a bird’s-eye point-of-view. Run around killing monsters, saving the world, and looting them to make some nice cash. Upload your characters into new files and even into the sequel for extended gameplay. I can play the campaign over and over again.

I had searched my hometown for what seemed like decades trying to find Champions of Norrath:Realms of Everquest all for naught. When it finally occurred to me to look online I was pleasantly surprised to find it at an incredibly reasonable price at retrolio.I had Champions:Return to Arms (the second game of the Champions series) for numerous years,& now I’m rather happy to say I have both games of the series. My son & I have already been playing Realms of Everquest for awhile now & we love it.Thank you Novel-Books & retrolio :)

I bought this as a Christmas gift for a friend last year. He had been wanting this for ever. He truly loves this game, and I can see why, it is awesome for its time. Anyone looking for an older game that is great to play I would recommend giving this a try.

I was first introduced to this game by a co-worker. I enjoyed the game so much that I bought my own copy. This is a great game. There are multiple classes to play as and multiple levels of difficulty. The replay value of this game is excellent. A must buy!

I’m giving 5 stars because I love CoN! But whomever I bought my copy from sent me Return to Arms in the original’s case. A bit of a let down. I’m playing it still. I have just bought another copy from another vendor in hopes I can get the right copy.

Awesome Game. Yes, this game is from years ago, but is still one of my favorites along with Baulders Gate. I wish there were more of these games out there.
