Omg I really wish you guys had the Spanish version I’ve been dying for my mom to read this on her kindle!! I’ve seen others like b&b sell the paperback Spanish edition but my mom won’t read it unless it’s in her kindle. :( Awesome book.
This was a fun, quick read.
Loved this cute little book – it’s a wonderful departure from your regular chick lit fare. The language is witty and fun and the characters literally jump off the page. I also loved the fact that this book has both older and younger characters – it was so refreshing to read about real women. If you’re looking for a fun love story to read, give this book a try!

I love the series so I wasn’t sure how I would feel about the book but I just read it and I loved it too. It’s a bit different from the series – some names are different, different things happen etc – but it had the same vibe as the series for me.I enjoyed the poignant writing style and the characters seemed very real with real life problems that they were all grappling with. Alice gets caught up in a lie, almost by accident, that snowballs and of course it’s all found out and dealt with (as much as possible) by the end of the book. But in the series I think if Liza’s secret is suddenly known by all then the story will essentially fizzle out as the series is really built around Liza hiding her age from most and sundry and all the conflicts that trying to keep this secret cause.By the end of the book, Alice has grown up in a way she couldn’t when she was actually the age she is pretending to be. When she was actually young, she was married with a kid so now is her time to have some of the fun she didn’t have in her 20s. And after losing her husband and having a bad relationship with her daughter it’s the time when she can figure out what’s important to her and how to get what she needs in life and love…Really loved this book. Recommended.

Younger is a page turner! I loved the characters and couldn’t put the book down until I found out what happened to Alice Green’s career and romance. Full of fun details and moving stories. I can’t wait for Pamela Redmond Satran’s next novel.
I loved the tv show and I found out that was based in this book, so I had to purchase it. It’s very cool, and a pageturner. The characters are so nice that you can empathize with them so easily! Fun situations, furthermore, I couldn’t stop laughing in certain passages, that are just too much.You’ll love this book if you like books such as Bridget Jone’s trilogy or Maryan Keyes books. Inspiring either if you are a middle age woman or if you are young.I also recommend the tv show :)

Good read. I just wish S&S wouldn’t be so greedy on their pricing. I think they would sell a whole lot more books with even just a $2 reduction in price; at least I would buy more of their publishings. I really wanted to read this after watching the first few episodes of the TV show. It was a good book. If you got money to spend, this book is worth it.

I starting reading this book while waiting for my hair appt, just a way to pass the time. It didn’t take long for me to start enjoying this book. Alice wanted a chance to correct some of her mistakes from the past and an opportunity to re-do her life based on her life experiences. Overall, the book was very good and a quick read. This is the first book I’ve read by this author. I’m looking forward to reading her previous novels.

Over the weekend, I sat, with my family and binge watched part of the series, that was based upon this book. To my family’s surprise, though not mine, I enjoyed what I had seen so far. Knowing that it was unlikely that I would see any further episodes, wanting to know how the story ends, I got a copy of this book and read it.I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Younger is a hard book to put down. It is as described, a laugh out loud romantic comedy. If you are into Rom coms, the Younger is just the ticket. Does this generation use the phrase, just the ticket?The themes ventured in this book will appeal to women both younger and older. It addresses issues that challenge many women, of all ages on a daily basis. Oh, yes, and some men too. I had several moments to reflect on many of the themes discussed. Younger gave me insights into modern life. Satran manages to be deep and meaningful, warm and fuzzy, humorously funny and refreshingly straightforward. This is why the pages kept turning.Sometimes my impulses are rewarding.
