awsome, amazing, powerful. when they say the next generation of people wont be like the old one they meant it. only those with a soul and mind like those born in the 70’s 80’s and 90’s , or who avoided ”soldier boy” like the plague in the coming years, can appreciate one of sonys last greatest masterpieces for the playstation one, which like the game, will last longer than the cheap ps2 system for generations to come. long ago, if your reading this very far from now, before sony entertainment america sold their souls to satin and turned everything they made into things that broke faster only for more money, sony made a 4 disc game that took, read my lips, 4 years to make. 4 years! they called it the legend of dragoon, and it was one of the best games and storys ever made, that resembled reality’s true ancient history too i might add. wars between races who wielded magical forces and awsome twisted ultra gigantic monsters who aided them in combat to destroy eachother…and for over a thousand years…history quietly sunk into the ashes and became legend…legend became myth.the legend of dragoon…are you brave enough to walk into the buried past?….

This game is my all time favorite game, owned it long time ago when playstation2 wasnt even out yet. However my copy was lost and to find a brand new one unopened I was very happy.

When I first left a 1 star review of this game because two of the four disks were unreadable, Lukiegames was kind enough to send me another copy of the game and they actually work. That goes to show that they care about their customers and do not regret purchasing the game from them. The second copy they send me looks to be new and I actually got passed the part I could not get to with my original first copy of the game. So my rating goes from a one to a five just because of them replacing the game I first got from them.

I was first introduced to this game when I was little – and I’ve loved it ever since. I’ve always been an avid fan of the Final Fantasy series for a long time, as well, but I think that in the long run Legend Of Dragoon is much more valuable than any of the FF games.I’ve played Final Fantasy VII, which I suppose was the more popular counterpart of Legend’s time, but I’ve never been able to get past the second disc because it had bored me so much. The Legend of Dragoon has everything I could want in an RPG.– The battling system is simple but hard enough that I want to keep going till I get their moves perfect.– Great music. I admit that it isn’t up to par with Final Fantasy’s music, but it’s very nice and memorable.– Lovely story. It started out kind of rough but still likable then completely flared out into this complex story where all of the characters are intertwined in some way. The story is magical.– The graphics were a nice touch – not the best I’ve seen, but it makes me like this game all the more. But honestly, it isn’t boring. The story isn’t a straight line; I swear that it’s so much of an adventure that you’ll be amazed once you finally reach the end. And it’s something you’ll want to carry with you for a long time.I hope that the people who are buying this aren’t also buying in to the rumors that this game is horrible. Just have an open mind and a love for RPGs and this game may be the one for you.

The shop I purchased my copy from had discs in excellent condition. Game played perfectly on my original model PS2, gotta love the nostalgia from playing this game again.
