Hello spiritual family, The nintendo game boy has a humble and beautifuly dot martix ,brownish green unique and excellent design and the unit has enhanced ochestration sound ability to play inspiring sounds and music. I use the Holy Bible on the gameboy with the wisdom tree product which contains the Holy Bible ,King James version As it uses sound in that excellent cartridge too. THANKS, Lord God, for all your blessings here on earth! Sincerely, Michael E Litchmore

Happy to find it. Got it for a gift for my son. I sold his in a garage sale years ago when I thought he outgrew it and he’s never let me forget it!

Siri and her friends can go into the junkpile for all I care, Gameboy is still the best handheld around. Yeah, the screen only displays in shades of green and the sound is composed of beeps and squeaks, but Gameboy is still awesome. It is built like a rock and won’t crack if it falls to the floor (unlike some phone I know…). The games on it are many and varied, yet one word would describe them all. Addicting. Who wouldn’t be up to the huge task of collecting 150 Pokemon? Who wouldn’t want to help Mario save his castle from a comical fat guy? Who doesn’t like arranging falling blocks and getting the high score? Pure fun that the stupid birds in slingshots will never get close to. Gameboy may not be cutting edge anymore, but I have not seen a better handheld in a LONG time!

if you are a true gamer, than this is for you. going back in time to where gameplay was way more than just graphics is the best era. i play donkey kong every day on the way to work and i have so much fun trying to save the woman. yes i still play it. i recommend for any true gamer.

There are those few precious moments that simply make life worth living. Finding the one special person, a soul mate if you will, and knowing that they will be part of your life forever. Reading a book that changes who and what you are because of how profound it is, but perhaps the best example I can think of isn’t either of these things. Although I would be wrong to say that finding my darling wife wasn’t one of the highest points of my life.Instead it was showing a child an original Gameboy. A classic gem from my own collection, in perfect condition, and instantly I was asked what is that?I couldn’t help myself at this point, and I explained that in an attempt to introduce some of the older games Nintendo was creating a handheld device which played classic games. Two minutes into Link’s Awakening and the little tot was hooked. I then took it back and put it up."Yep, I got one early because I know someone who works in the gaming community" I had told him. Of course the person I knew was a friend who worked at Gamestop, but what did the kid know. So, the next question was how much was it going to cost, when would it be available, and a barrage of other questions of that kind. I gave the official cost of when it came out which was ninety dollars. I also explained that in order to get one they had reserve them amazingly quick at their closest gaming store. The next day when I visited Gamestop I saw well over twenty kids, with parents, standing there trying to res.
