Love this thing. You have to play it a few times to brake the controls in. Has contra with built in cheat menu. Works good on 2 player mode.
I got this just in time before my trip! So many games and it kinda reminds me game boy on steroids.
This is such an awesome handheld game console! It takes me back to my youth!I love that I can have access to all the cool old games and some fun new ones that I can use any time, even when my phone is dead or unavailable. It’s also great to have a game console for the little ones when they get bored on trips or such.To be honest, I probably wilds have bought this game console just for the Mario, but it’s so cool that it comes with so many games, so you can keep exploring and never get bored!
For anyone who loves old classic Nintendo games on the go this is a good solution. All the games I played worked just as they should and work fluidly without glitches. Exactly like picture. Totally worth the price. The battery lasts a long time before having to recharge. Great to take on the go. Adults can play it, so its a win win!

The retro game player is a thing which can you make feel like you kid again. First, the quality looks very good, I tested everything and everything works. It really has 400 games but I think I will need only 10 of them from my childhood. Battery life looks enough to enjoy couple hours of playing with no breaks. It is super small and I can take it anywhere with me, it fits to my small pocket inside the backpack! So, my conclusion is: the game player is awesome to play games from 1980-1990, I feel so good of all my memories. Thank you
I am having a blast playing this! Got my son one that he loves, but totally rocking the yellow one so that the whole household- husband included- can’t say they didnt know who’s they were playing! The screen has a better image than my vintage handheld, that’s for sure. Volume is easily adjusted and I’ve been playing on and off for days without noticing the battery going. The games ate fun and bring back memories. The menu is user friendly to navigate and the game options are great. For me, at least. Pretty pleased with something compact to carry in my nursing bag when I’m on lunch or between home visits. Sometimes I even have a spare minute to play at home in between taking care of the house, the hubs, 4 cats, 2 dogs, and 4 kids of different ages running in and out.

This is a fun little game system to have around. The games are not full length but for the price it’s hard to complain. It saves high scores so you can compete with your friends. The attachment for the tv is cool too so you can see a bigger display. Overall I’m very happy with it and enjoy playing it all the time!
This is a great handheld game system. It’s lighter than a Gameboy. The display is great. We hooked it up to a tv and used 2 player mode for hours yesterday.

I had earlier setup RetroPie for games on Raspberry PI, but it was always difficult to get the games, and most of the times, tough to get the compatible ones, slowness, and came across this console online while shopping. One major advantage is this game console has a built-in display and also can be connected to TV via the AV cables. My favorites are the 90s era games like Mario, Roadfighter, CONTRA. Only wish there were option to connect to controllers, currently has only one controller. I am playing it as well as my older daughter loves the games, and felt a bit different compared to games on Switch and other modern console. good console for classic games.

It was meant to be a toy for our older daughter, but then our 1 year old took it and all she wants to do it press the buttons! There’s some great games on it. We can still hook it up on our TV and play. Reminds me of the old days playing supermario games. Recommend especially for kids AND for adults who are nostalgic gamers.

I bought this for my 6 yo niece. She loves playing games on my phone, so i thought she would enjoy this. She loved it. It kept her busy for the plane and car rides. I tested a few of the games, and it was fun. There’s a lot of games to choose from. The battery life is good.

If yours doesn’t then send it back for a replacement.**These are fun for kids, my 8 year old had a good time going through the different games, however we couldn’t find any headsets that would fit the port. If you were going to use your phone headset, forget about it.As for me, the screen is just way too small for my middle aged eyes and I don’t even wear glasses yet. I still gave it four stars though because the kid seemed to like it. I loved seeing the old titles enough that I may try to hook it up to our old TV we have for the Nintendo.I would suggest paying the extra couple of dollars and getting the purple 500 game one, the screen is slightly better.
