Let me start by saying I’m a MegaMan.EXE/NT Warrior fanatic and this isn’t my first Battle Network game. I’ve owned every one and this is by far the coolest one.MegaMan.EXE returns! This time he deals with the Cyberbeasts, a wolf-like behemoth named Gregar and a falcon-esque behemoth named Falzar. Battle Network 6 (or BN6 for short) is a fun filled game for those experienced in the MegaMan Battle Network series. The bosses and viruses here are a little tougher than past games and some of the tasks take time and patience, but it’s still the best one yet.The storyline is very coherent and adds to the themes present in BN6. It took me a few spread out days to beat this game, but it is very rewarding and fun to play repeatedly.Hopefully Capcom decides to return to the Battle Network series and make a Battle Network 7, but that’s unlikely.Recomended to new and old fans!

The Last of the Battle Network games, both Gregar and Falzar will not disappoint. They have taken every aspect of previously games and added even more features, chips, characters, etc.Continuing the last story this game is a must for those who enjoyed previously Battle Network games. Additionally this game is accessible for those who have never played previous megaman games. Unique grid combat at its finest.

Of the two cybeast games this one, in my opinion, is the better. Not for the story, but for the battle mechanics from the cybeast you gain and the crosses. There’s no spoutman to gain a super-powered buster in just two seconds, but there are some very interesting effects that come from using crosses like Elecman and eraseman, especially in the beast-cross state. Too bad there’s no remake like the double-team for BN5, but for any fan of the battle network games this one is a must have.

Well, this is it. The final MMBN game. Now before you utterly cry like a little 3-year candy-obessessed kid, this series is pretty much overlooked by the mainstream gamers. Fighting on a 3×3 grid may seem unappealing to those not familar with the series, but rest assured that is it indeed fairly easy and-hard-to-master mechanic will keep players hooked. In addition, this game introduces two new cybeats, gregar and falzar to the scenario. While some may think that Mega Man is now spamming the market with wave after wave of games, they are doing it for a reason because people love Mega Man. Go play this game and series and find out for yourself.

ten out of ten, I’m playing again :D
