In Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry returns for his fifth year of study at Hogwarts and discovers that much of the wizarding community has been denied the truth about the teenager’s recent encounter with the evil Lord Voldemort. Meeting secretly with a small group of students who name themselves “Dumbledore’s Army,” Harry teaches them how to defend themselves against the Dark Arts, preparing the courageous young wizards for the extraordinary battle that lies ahead.

I bought this for my son but the whole family loves this wii game and has all year! The details added are amazing and we are constantly finding things mentioned in the books or seen in the movies. The animation and ease of use is great. We received quickly on retrolio and price was right!

  2. Sarah H.

Great Lego game but not the best!

  3. Rachelle C Selser

    The best

  4. Christina

my sister was excited to get this after playing the lego harry potter years 1-4, disc was in excellent condition, case was pretty banged up but considering it’s for a 10 year old it would probably end up that way in the end

  5. Lee

The shipping on this item seemed to take forever!!This game is fun, however it does wipe out some of the spells you earned from the first game (episodes 1-4).

the kids have been asking for more games for the wii and other consoles so i thought it would be great to get some for them

  7. chickaboo

This game is so much fun! My son just turned 7 and we play this game together all the time. What a blast! I highly recommend it!

The grandkids like this game for the Wii. It is ridiculous to have a word count requirement for a review. Makes me want to ignore review requests.

I know there were apparently some problems with this game when it first came out that may have brought down the overall rating some so I wanted to write a review to help boost it back up. First I want to say that I had nearly no problems playing through to 100%. I think I had it freeze up twice where I had to unplug the Wii to get going again. Sure, it is a bit inconvenient but, in my opinion, doesn’t take away from the overall game at all.Secondly, this is just a great game. I do not play the Wii a lot but when I get LEGO Harry potter in (this goes for the first one as well) I have a hard time walking away. It’s just plain fun, especially if you are a fan of the books/movies. I’m more a fan of puzzle-type games but don’t want to spend a lot of time on video games so I love solving the simple puzzles to move on to the next part and searching around for collectibles. I love all the different satisfying sounds as you pick things up and the little celebratory music when you save a Student in Peril–it’s these little things that make it enjoyable. In comparison to the first game it’s about even. Some things are better–new spells (aguamente is my favorite), more interesting dueling (although that gets a little old after awhile), new capabilities for characters like Arthur Weasley, and directional arrows that shows you where to go in order to use something you’ve picked up–among others, I’m sure. I’ve started playing the first one again because I never got completely throu.

Fun game. A bit challenging for my 8 and 11 year olds.
