Glitchy. I’m stuck early on in the game and can’t figure out how to get out of an area. It’s too bad they couldn’t keep making the games like the first few for PC. They were great fun. I’m disappointed.

My kids have the 1st version, years 1 – 4. We bought this for Christmas, and they love it! Of course, they want to rush through and beat it, but are now going back to unlock each person they can. There is some amazing attention to details in the game. Brings laughs and fun for the kids. Thanks!

Harry Potter Lego games are always funny and entertaining, though they often contain glitches. This one is a significant improvement over years 1-4.

My son and daughter bought this game with money they received for Christmas. They love it. There are lots of spells and potions the player gets to use. They have enjoyed many hours playing this game.

My daughter is a highly intelligent, and college educated, and she loves the whole LEGO series! The games roughly follow the movies as far as settings and adventures go. Human players can choose between multiple characters who have different powers that are useful in different places. These games lack the intense reality and realistic violence of the "adult" games, while providing plenty of levels to explore and conquer, skills to develop with the various characters, and lots of opportunity to knock things down to collect coins or build things from LEGOS that are useful tools in the adventure. I think the games are all simple enough for a child to play, but have enough possible variations and complexities to hold an adult’s interest. Not for serious "gamers," however.
