Is an amazing controller. The quality is above reproach. The value is excellent. The fact that it is a 360 plus a windows controller took the value to a whole new level. The button to turn on the led lights needs to be pressed twice. I’m sure it’s so you don’t accidentally press it. Edit After using this for a couple weeks, it’s still amazing. The cord is thick and long (insert joke) and the plastic casing is thick and durable. The LED button doesn’t need to be pressed twice. It has three settings. Off. On. Flash when vibrating. Super happy with this controller.

Update!: The Right trigger broke after over a year of rough use. I was going to take off another star for that, but after using this controller for so long and then having to go back to my old wireless controller I really can’t praise this one enough in comparison. Buttons are far more definite and responsive than the stock Xbox controller. It feels overall more solid, and I’m convinced had I used my original controller as much as I did this one something would’ve broken sooner. Also, would recommend this controller for anyone with big hands, as its slightly larger than the stock ones.Other than the trigger everything still works perfectly on my controller. LED lights all work, and I haven’t had any issues with wear of the buttons and cord that I’ve seen a couple other reviews describe. And I’m going to be buying another one to replace mine. And the biggest benefit of all I’ve found out is the cord. My stock 360 controller goes through a set of batteries nearly every day! Not a cheap problem! So I’ve stopped gaming until my new Afterglow controller ships!

Pretty decent controller for the price. Does freak out every now and then, often believing that I’m holding the main thumb stick down to the left. Even with software and restarting it still goes off.The idea of a glowing controller was cool, but in reality, it’s blaring. Ended up getting a silicone skin for it to cut some of the brightness. Two days ago, (6 months after purchased) the lights finally gave out. I actually love it now. Way better without being blinded.

For the price this is a great controller. I bought a green one and blue one at the same time. The cord is 10 feet long, plenty for the average gamer. The controller is very well built. Looks like cheap plastic when you first open the package but after handling it, it is very heavy plastic and well built. Control functions are great as well and feel very solid. The LEDs are a lot brighter than I thought they would be, and that makes it even better. My son loves them both. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a decent wired controller for a great price instead of forking over money to Microsoft for a boring controller.

It is what is advertised. Interestingly it feels a bit nicer than my other Afterglow 360 controller. That one’s d-pad wore out after using it for basically all of my PC gaming since 2013 so I was pretty sure I wanted another one of these. Maybe it’s just because it’s new but all the buttons feel more responsive on it. The only thing that’s significantly different is that you can unplug the cord from the controller whereas my other model was hardwired into it. I’m not sure if that’s good or bad but it seems like it’ll be nice for storing it or replacing the cord if there’s an issue and the controller part still works fine. Plus, it has those cool blue lights in it. It gets the job done and I’m pretty confident it’ll last me a good few years, which makes it a damn good deal considering the price.

I can’t recommend this enough. As someone who gets a lot of use out of his controllers, this was a great deal, and easily at least as good as an official Microsoft controller. I still find this as awkward to use for fighting games or 2D games as with the official controller, but that’s my only complaint, since it seems to be completely identical in terms of quality.

This controller works well! Better than I had expected to be honest. Usually with knockoff brands they aren’t very good, but it feels nice and comfortable in my hands. Lights up blue which is my favorite. There is a hidden button on the bottom of the controller than turns the lights on and off. It’s a little smaller than the regular Microsoft controller however it performs all the same.

I bought this for my brother for Christmas because his other controller stopped working properly. He was very excited to get another one, though I found out after I gave it to him that his messed up controller was the same kind. The problem with the other one was that the left thumbstick had stopped working properly and so it changed directions all the time. My solution to this problem was to play games where it doesn’t matter what direction you move, such as Mortal Kombat; though it was very difficult to chose a character. My other grievance is that I have small hands, and I believe that this is slightly larger than a regular Xbox controller, so it was difficult for me to reach the "Select" and "Start" buttons, which are at the top of the controller instead of in the middle. The cord is very long though, so you can sit very far away from the TV and still be able to play. I think this is a really cool controller, even if the quality of the thumbsticks is iffy.

It works like a controller should and unlike most non Xbox/Sony brand controllers it has no problems with compatibility. The controller plugs and plays and the headset works perfectly fine when plugged into it. My mother likes to watch Netflix until she falls asleep and then promptly kicks the controller onto hardwood floors, practically everyday. I am still using it now so that is a good sign for durability. I like the lights in the controller but that are way too bright for me. During the day it isn’t so bad but at night, in a dimly lit room it almost hurts to look at them. For a solid controller at a price that isn’t a complete rip off (Microsoft!), this is the place to go.

The Afterglow controller is a great investment for the gamer who wants a high-quality item for bargain prices. I purchased this for my boyfriend after his wireless controller started to die on him, and was pleased when the green one went on sale. I myself have owned a blue Afterglow for about two years, and I have experienced no problems with it. The controller arrived on time, was in perfect condition, and has been in use ever since. While the intensity of the lights can be a little distracting, that certainly doesn’t take away from the fact that this is a great controller that will meet all your needs.
