This game is very much worth the money. I think I’ve put more hours into this game than the other games I had before I bought this one.For starters the gameplay mechanics are different. It uses a panel system, wherein on places panels that act as levels, items, weapons, abilities, magic and other such. The story is definitely worth the play, though some would probably compare its excess of cutscenes to Metal Gear which isn’t all a bad thing. This game is massive, and I’m only twelve hours on this game and not even halfway through. If you’re a Kingdom Hearts fan and need something to bide your time while waiting for Kingdom Hearts III to be released, this is a game you must have!
I can look past the bad graphics (bad compared to it’s playstation predecessors) because Kingdom Hearts is my favorite series. Even 10 years later, I still play these games. I honestly think that they’re the best games that I’ve played. They’re full of all the Disney characters that you grew up watching and loving which makes this game deliver an amazing experience. You travel to worlds that you’ve seen in movies and the way they connect the Disney characters to the story is great. They feel like they’re still the same characters. Not like different people in the bodies of them. The combat system of Kingdom Hearts has been changing and developing. I’m not too fond of the battle system in this game. But it’s not too bad to the point where I don’t want to play. It’s just something that I’ve had to get used to. I’d say definitely pick this game up for your kids of any age or even for yourself. Even if you’re new to the series. It’s never too late to get into Kingdom Hearts. Especially with the PS3 version coming out. Wouldn’t wanna miss out on all the action, right?
My son is a huge Kingdom Hearts fan and loves this game as well. It might not be as great as some of the others, but it is worth the money if they are a true fan of the game. Thanks Retro vgames to send me this game
Well I got this game for my son and have to say he was ecstatic when it came in the mail. I haven’t seen his face all day so…enough said, its a great game for anyone who had played any of the kingdom hearts games, or for new players who like the disney characters….I recommend this game.
I haven’t played most other KH games, so maybe im not qualified to review this, but I still found it pretty fun. The panel system is a little weird, but it really grows on you. You can still understand most of the story without having to play the other games, but it’s definitely recommended to play the others first for the full experience. if i hadn’t played re:loaded i would have been like who’s Sora the entire game. It’s also pretty long, about 20-30hrs like many square enix games, but not too difficult. standard is relatively easy, and whole game is playable to the end. no impossible bosses, except for one, but it’s optional.
This game is awesome! I loved the fact that you get to play Roxas instead of Sora (like in Re: coded, the other awesome game for the DS.) I must be getting the hang of playing DS games because unlike the first time I played R:Coded, I’d gotten pretty far into the game before I met a monster that was hard to kill.
I highly recommend this game from this store
No Problem during play
