Justin Beckman –
I really enjoyed the game and really looked forward to the story. I was disappointed it was on the PSP. The game was just as fun as the others, but the lasting impression wasn’t there. Once I finished it never touched it again. Had it been on a portable system I actually used I would have given this 5 stars.

This game is a perfected final fantasy crisis core, so if you liked that game this game will blow your mind. It may be the best in the series in my opinion and I love every game in the kingdom hearts franchises
Jack Raiden –
Great psp game. Has good graphics, game play, and three intertwining stories as it follows the three protagonists. All stories have different and overlapping point of views, as well as unique game play to each character. And has a fascinating conclusion. Its a long game and definitely worth the price. I, myself have put over 90 hours of total game play in the past few years. And definitely has some replay value. A worthy recommendation for psp owners or kingdom hearts fans.

Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep is yet another fantastic addition to the Kingdom Hearts series. The intro of this game has beautiful graphics along with the song “Simple and Clean”.This game consists of four modes for you to choose from, Beginner, Standard, Proud, and Critical Mode. If you are new to the Kingdom Hearts series I would recommend Standard Mode so you can get the secret movie at the end. For long time players either Proud or Critical Mode. The gameplay in my opinion would have to be the best combat system created thus far. The command deck is one of the best features. The voice acting was perfect for most of the characters. There is a lot of action in this game along with some mini-games here and there.Overall, 5/5. Great graphics and storyline. I recommend this game for all Kingdom Hearts fans and everyone new to Kingdom Hearts series as well.

If you’ve never played this installment of Kingdom Hearts you are missing out. The Command system replaces MP and you can design Command Decks to your play style. If that wasn’t enough, you can create crazy commands with synthesis, like FF7 Crisis Core. You play 3 separate campaigns, each a little different but in the same worlds. You explore and unfold the stories as Ventas, Terra, and Aqua.

I have to admit, I am a die-hard KH fan, but to tell you the truth, I am getting tired of all of these side-story games. I have played every game released in the United States and so I know the whole story. Out of all of the side story games (Chain of Memories, RE:chain of Memories, Coded, 358/2 Days), I think it is second. 358/2 Days is still my favorite. But the storyline is pretty good. The graphics are superb, but personally, I expected better gameplay. It was mixing 358/2 days with the original games. It was good they were trying something different… but I wanted to have some more… KH1/KH2 parts since the game was for PSP, not for the DS or GBA.The controls were sometimes a little hard to handle, but thats coming from someone who rarely plays the PSP. I am more of a nintendo person. XPBut yeah, I got it fast and for cheaper than in the stores (about 33% less) through retrolio. A great KH game, and I hope they finally get to making KH3! XD

This game took seemingly forever to arrive, but then again- what do I expect, ordering out of the states? As an avid Kingdom Hearts fan, I suppose I ought to let it be known that I am a little bit biased when it comes to KH products. Yes, I was terrifically upset when they stopped making them for PS2 and moved into not one, but two other systems, but that just meant borrowing systems from other people. I let very little stop me when it comes to these games, but I’ll try to be as fair as I possibly can.The gameplay itself has the usual trademarks of Kingdom Hearts, while incorporating several new features; perhaps to make it appeal more to it’s ever aging audience. I was a little nervous when they announced a supposed ‘card-like system’ descendant of Chain of Memories mixed with the traditional fighting x-mashing of KH (I have very few fond memories of the card system). Despite my initial misgivings the system works well. Granted, button mashing is not longer the best way to get through boss fights, and if you’re coming straight to this game from KH1 or 2 instead of CoM or 358/2Days it’s a little disorientating, but once you get used to it, the system works great. My only remaining issue is that, even after downloading the game onto the PSP, the load times can still be disconcertingly slow- occasionally even long enough for me to forget what was happening in the previous scene.Storyline wise, I am very impressed. While the world visits are often disappointingly short, they ten.

Its a must have for any KH fan but beware if you suck at handhelds. I crawled through this one on hands and knees because in general I do not play hand helds. They show NO mercy so you’d better catch on quick
