I enjoy this game, it is multiplayer and has chat so you’ll need to set your setting as not to be surprised by random people dropping in your game. Timely shipping. Easy play if you play video games regularly. People do make their own games within this game. Timely shipping.
It is a very creative game but it is too difficult for my 6yr old son for whom it was bought, to maneuver sac boy across the various perils – my 11 year old son enjoys it more.
I remember this game being praised during the PS3’s birth. Now that I finally own it, I can see why it is being praised. It’s a fun game to enjoy for the whole family! If you have children then this is the game for you! But I don’t have any children… But if I did I’m sure they’d enjoy this too!It has some challenging parts, and the voices are annoying… When I first got this game I didn’t think I’d like it, but that’s all changed. I look forward to receiving LittleBigPlanet 2.
The multiple planes can be a bit annoying at times, but not enough to seriously detract from the overall gameplay. The menus can be a bit of a pain to navigate, and they often seem really jumbled. Still one of the best games out there for the PS3.
Could be better, but for the price you can’t really argue with the game. It’s fun, especially with friends, and good for learning how to use your PS3.
I got this for my daughter when we first got our PS3 because she has wanted it for years after seeing some of the adds when it first came out. The game lives up to it’s hype because my daughter loves it, and this version has several levels that weren’t in the original.
Great game! My son loves the characters. The game has so much detail and its the detail, me and my son, find so entertaining. The facial expressions you can choose are hilarious and priceless. We both crack up just changing our characters facial expressions/mood!
I never got into the LittleBigPlanet series when it first came out. Now that the new systems are out and the older system games are cheaper, I decided to give this series a shot. I wasn’t sure which of the LittleBigPlanet games either 1 or 2 to start with. I had heard that the second one was better, but I figured I’d start with the first. The game is really fun to play and I like how that its different than alot of other games. I like how you can be creative in the game, although thats not something thats too important to me. I know a lot of people like games like that. The only thing thats a drawback, if you can even consider it a drawback, is that its way more fun to play with a second person. Otherwise, I’d recommend everyone to try this game. For all the things that you get for the cheap price, this is a must buy.
Honestly I got spoiled with LBP 2 but this one is still really fun if you havent played it, well worth the purchase.
This was a great gift for my two boys. We’re those mean parents who don’t let our kids play M rated games. It seems that the selection of good non-M-rated-games is dwindling, anymore. The kids enjoyed this.

I have wanted to get this game for a while. I remember reading about it when I got the Wii and wanted to get it. I was pretty disappointed when I found out it was not available for the Wii. As soon as I purchased a PS3 it was the 1st game I purchased and my girlfriend and I don’t regret it at all. We have spent hours playing together!
Feeling exposed in Florida –
There was a time when I thought of the PS3 as an overpriced Blue Ray player, the ‘go to’ game system in my house is the XBox 360 and if there is a choice between platforms for a game…we always go for the green box. But now PS3 has found redemption in Little Big Planet and Little Big Planet 2. I purchased Little Big Planet for my then 6 year old son, thinking he would immediately reject Sackboy because it was a ‘baby game’ compared to the much lusted after ‘Halo’ games that his dad and adult brother played continuously. I was wrong LBP was an instant hit! And I started playing too! My son now prefers to create his own levels, and it is so much fun to watch him teach his friends and younger cousins how to design their own levels too.

Awesome game for the PS3. Play, there are over 30 levels in LBP Game of the year edition. Create, this is the most fun part for me, I can create my own levels, creating almost anything from a car to an airplane. Share, after the level is created people can publish a level so other players can play their levels. There is so much you can do on Little Big Planet. We bought both LBP1 and LBP2 because we like it so much. There isn’t really any violence in the game, unless you figure out how to slap one another, which is just kind of funny. It’s great for family time too, since both mommy and daddy can play along and we can all dress up our characters however we want and decorate our pod with stickers earned in the game. You can also make your own levels and play with other people online. Some of the people we found online are actually nice to play with, but it’s a mixed bag. Still, the game rocks.

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my 8-year-old grandson. This was at the top of his request list. It was a lot of fun watching the enjoyment he got out of playing this game. Based on his response, I would recommend this game for kids that are into playing video games.

I got this game because the family cannot interact with most of my games. What a great idea. I have had to purchase extra controllers because everyone wants to play at once. It has great cooperative gameplay and not only do the kids love it but the wife does too. Before this she was all Wii due to the fun friendly games there. Well done PS3. Now keep them coming.

My friend’s son is very discriminating and usually beats most games within a week. This game though is endless as you can create games. He just loves this game. Has spent hours play this “game”. Game is in quotes as it really is closer to software: to create games without having to write code. Well deserved being named ‘game of the year’. Bought from retrolio. retrolio = awesome.
