This Madden game is nice. And honestly if the majority of people actually had a life and played video games every now and then they wouldn’t feel so bad. I think it’s a shame to read all the comments about what everybody hates about the game. Obviously you won’t be happy unless you can plug a controller into the TV and actually control the players on Sunday afternoon. Really, go outside get some sunlight, something to eat, hell maybe even a girlfriend. Just take some time out.
The first question I must ask in this review after reading the many reviews for this game is what is wrong with it? If nothing else this game is fun to play and I like the way it is presented. What do you people want that gave this such a bad review. The more they put in a game the more you would criticize so what’s the point. After all this game is one of the first for the 360 at this title. I’m sure they will continue to improve some things on it. The one thing I didnt like on these 360 EA titles is they don’t give you all the options the PS2 did. You have to go online to get the alternate jerseys and unlock certain things. But I enjoyed playing this game and the way it looks is great. So you people that are so critical of this my question is,Why are you playing games anyway? Obviously not for fun so lighten up and enjoy this for what it is. A great game with ur favorite NFL teams and players to play a game of football and have alot of fun and bragging rights to friends and family.

I along w/ the last 3 reviewers don’t have a clue what everyone else that rated this game so low expects. The game is solid. No game will ever be perfect to any one person. Everyone wants something different and enjoys different parts of the game. Now Madden 2006 for the 360 was horrible , I agree. It was an incomplete game that was rushed.The franchise mode is great in 07 and the graphics are well ahead of the ps2 and xbox as expected.For the previous person who complained Young and Bush weren’t starters, I say this THEY AREN’T GOING TO START why would the game make them starters. As for the Hall of Fame players sneaking in …they don’t if you just save rosters and don’t unlock them into your roster.This is a great game if you have enjoyed any maddens. Yes we are at a loss that EA has the NFL , however all of you would still complain about missing modes , extras ” glitches ” in any game made by anyone else. Just enjoy it for what it is ( a good game ) If you aren’t ok with that I suggest you intern at EA climb the ladder and make your perfect game that everyone else would still have problems with.
people that give this less than 5 stars are not a true gamer, the game is great, graphics are awesome….only downfall you need to set the penalties up or they willnot call to many flags
well like most people who bought madden for the 360 last year, i wasent sure how this game whould do. Sure they added superstar mode and in franchise mode added mel kiper for the draft, but i wasent really sure if it was worth 60 bucks. Well i must say its worth it. I mean the gameplan is great and the led blocker control is a very nice addiction to the game. The draft is alot better then the plain verion in previous versons were in this one u actually get info from mel about all the future rookies of the nfl. The superstar mode is very good also, you 1st start out hiring a agent, and then doing workouts for teams then its on to the combine to prove your skills. I have only had madden for 10 hours and find myself glued to it all ready unlike lasts years version for the 360. If u have any doubts put them away becuz i assure its the best madden ive ever played, and ive been buying madden since 1998
If you like football – you gotta have this game. It just gets better and better with the madden series. Create your own teams, seasons,ect. You are in charge.
I liked the gameplay in this game but I was wondering how can u disguise your plays so that your opponent doesn’t know what plays you’re running exactly. I just don’t get it!

The thing that most of the people are doing here is judging the game within one day of their purchase. I don’t know about you but I never enjoy a game until I have figured out all of the controls. I have now had the game for two and a half weeks and I have to say that I do enjoy it. I am a die hard NFL fan and a Marine who is serving over seas in the Middle East and all I can say is that myself and the many other Marines that are stationed with me find this game to be one of the best ways to relieve stress. The dynasty mode only lacks on thing and that is the fantasy draft. However the game play is faster and much smother then that of the previous year. I even think the graphics got a little bit better. People complain about the difficulty either it being to easy or to hard. The fix is simple change the AI settings. To sum up I truly enjoy the game and I think that EA did a much better job then they did last year. Do they have some things to improve on yes? However it will not keep me from playing this game until next years version comes out.

This is a great game if your planning on playing with your friends. It’s franchise mode is okay but no fantasy draft stinks. Overall this is just a fun game to play with your friends.
