I took a random guess that they would even work for me. Took me a bit to figure out how to turn off my internal mic but once I did they have been great. They do an excellent job in blocking out ambient noise and now if I’m going from my computer to PS4 I don’t have to switch. I can just plug in and go. Course now I had to change my key back lighting to match the blue but that’s hardly a complaint since blue is my fave color.Unfortunately, now it means I can hear my fiancee’s heckles better….
first i’d like to say is that it’s comfy…second: it has a lot of padding with a really think aluminum core in the headband..very durable….third: 50mm speakers so it has kick to it…and the mic is tough with good sound……”when i opened the packaging i thought it would sound terrible…it was durable looking and when i put it on..so comfy..they had to skimp somewhere..right?…wrong..other then the inline control which i could do without..it buzzed when i adjusted it…over all..it’s an awesome headset..without the controller and wish slightly better speakers..it could have been 70$…leds were a nice touch..but never used…
I bought this headset for my son to play with Xbox One on September.At first, it was excellent, with great sound!But after 2 months the headset started to glitch: there is no sound from one side and the sound from the other side is lower than before.The advertsment states 24-Month-Long Life Span and “We offer a FREE REPLACEMENT POLICY and 24-MONTH MONEY BACK GUARANTE”.On Nov, 30 I sent a message to Onikuma using its site but I did not receive any answer yet.I will update this review if I receive a reply from them.For now, I would not recommend you to buy this headset.[Updated on Dez, 08]On Dez, 06 I contacted the shop Westilfe ONIUS and they replied me. They asked me apoligies and offered a refund or a replacement.Now I could recommend you to buy this headset. I got a defective one that stopped working soon but at least the warranty seems to works.
They sound great. Mic quality is decent. For the price range they’re a great headset, however, build quality is questionable after some basic wear and tear.I had one headset that broke when somebody sat on the wire (not the actually headset but the volume control portion on the wire). They were on a soft couch and it was a butt so it shouldn’t have been a big deal at all but it was enough tension to pull the wire out from the control portion. Customer service was excellent and sent a new pair right away. It was going great but they shorted out again. The right ear went out again I think the wiring around the controls was the culprit. They’re a great headset but make sure to handle with care since they seem prone to shorts.If you have a stationary set up like a PC you’ll probably be fine. With the PS4, it’s in a controller and constantly moving which is probably reducing its life somewhat.
Soon after I received them they began making static noises. The bass made the sound muddy as well. Really wanted to like these but in the end the SADES phones came out on top. Update: the manufacturer sent another set. They work much better. I can recommend these headphones now.
I have been using this headset for a few days now and I like it, but there are a few small issues someone might encounter. I like the build of them. The ear cups are comfortable and block out noise really well. They are a bit small for my head as I have a giant head, but I have this problem with every pair so it doesn’t bug me. They eventually stretch out. The sound is clear, sounds good. The microphone is a bit weak, but going into the actual microphone settings in windows and bumping it up helps a lot. I like the flexibility of the microphone. I’m indifferent to the lighting, but It looks cool. I could go without it though. The in line controls are a bit big, clunky, and in an awkward position compared to my other pair, but i’m sure I will get used to it.
I have to say that the Onikuma II headset is very comfortable for long play session, Volume is loud enough for my liking and still have room to turn it up a little. I use this on My PC and PlayStation and have not had a problem so far. only thing i would like would be a little long of a main cord for plugin to my PC but that is just my preference. i would recommend to anyone that is looking for a good quality headset for me i bought it on Black Friday , for a headset under $20 its worth it and even if it was full price i would still be happy.

These have worked very well for a couple of boys. They have started coming apart but for the money they worked well.
The sound of this headset is very good for the price. I’ve tried it on my laptop, android, and ps4. All of them sounded great with the headset.If you encounter a problem with audio jack sounding distorted when you touch it, make sure the center jack is pushed in all the way ( center jack = headset jack with black rings). I’ve experienced this before and fixed it by doing this.

I like this headset. It’s good quality for the price but I probably won’t buy it again when it’s time for another. It’s comfortable and has good sound quality on my end but apparently when in party with others I make a constant static noise. It’s not bad enough that they won’t play with me but it’s apparently very noticeable and mildly annoying. They are great for just headphones, I’ve had no issues on that end but I chat with them as well and always feel bad when some asks, what’s that noise? Lol

It was a gift for my little brother and he loves it. Had a little trouble setting it up to the PC, but overall after using it for a long while it was great. It fits my little brother, was comfortable, and extremely durable.

The headset arrived on time as promised. I needed a good quality replacement headset for the HyperX headset I own. After twice buying replacement wires for the HyperEx (their design does not take into consideration the weight of the wires hanging from the controller plug in location and after time the headset begins to get statically), I wanted a better more sturdier headset. I certainly got it with this headset at a great price. It has great sound and really brings my video gaming audio to life.

I was skeptical when I saw that these where so cheap. Thy fit comfortably and they sound great. The mic also sounds pretty good. I definitely feel as though this is a high quality product. They preform just as well as other headsets I’ve tried that were double the price of these ones.

These headphones are great! My son loves them! Just slightly large for his 10yr old head, but he will grow into them. Sound is very good considering the price. Microphone works well on XBox One-S (no need for the adapter. Just plug the 3.5mm connector into the XBox One S controller and you are good to go). Others in the group chat can hear him well. We like that the mic is flexible and can be moved to different positions easily. Headphones are well padded and comfy to wear for a couple hours at least.We had bought another brand that were similar, but the mic was not flexible, and the mic it didn’t work at all from the moment we got it. We returned those headphones and got these. We would recommend these to any gamer looking for a great value in an inexpensive gaming headset!

Awesome product. The material is super strong and durable. The overall outgoing sound could be better, it is loud but I expected more given the design and initial impression of the product. The sound isn’t as focused as it can be, this could be my personal preference though. I did test out the audio, I recorded me speaking into the mic and played it back and it was very clear. It is an good product given the price.

*EDIT*- CHANGED RATING FROM 3 TO 5. The shop contacted me and offered to replace the headset. They were very fast and reliable. Although the headset may not last the longest it sure is worth the money while it is working. All in all, would recommend for the money.*ORIGINAL*The headset was fine, a bit heavy but acceptable. Unfortunately it only lasted for 6 months. The right ear stopped working completely, and the heavy duty wire also started to fray. When it worked the headset was very serviceable for the price, very rich sound and the mic wasnt bad. Trying to get in contact with somebody to take advantage of the 2 year warranty has become quite the hassle.

The headphone is powered via USB cable that is adjacent to the 3.5 audio jack. That’s what powers the light. So if you are a cellphone or console user, keep that in mind that you won’t have a power source for the light.Other than the extra heavy cable if you use it unlit, the headphones sounds pretty good. They weren’t kidding about the earmuffs. They are pretty thick and feels like it can survive many drops.These things are twice the size of a TurtleBeach XO but a third of the price.

I bought this headset because it was compatible with Nintendo Switch for Fortnite but when we tried to plug it in we could not get the mic to work. After some research we found a U Tube video that explained that you need to remove the split wire adapter. Once we removed this end piece the mic worked. The plug-in part of the headphones should have 3 rings on it. The split adapter only has 2. Hope this helps someone else with the same issue.

It’s comfortable, has great sound quality, and the microphone works well. I am particularly impressed with the bass.The only thing that went wrong so far is the plastic tip of the microphone broke off when I took this on an airplane in a carry-on bag. The microphone still works, it’s just hanging by a wire now. A little tape takes care of it, but it would be nice if the microphone were more durable.Overall, I am a happy customer.
