Christopher M. Clark –
First LC figure. Was wanting a Lord Drakkon figure since it was released last year.
Robert Pitrone –
The first one I got had super loose joints, but the second one wasn’t terrible. The unmasked head has varying qualities of paint Q.C., but I don’t display it with that head, so I didn’t mind.
Joe L. –
Another home run in the fantastic Lightning Collection line
Yan A. –
Perfect
Sci-fi Junky –
Great figure but box was badly damaged. Worthless to collectors.
Pedro –
Face looks really close to JDF. Some of the Lightning Collection has odd paint apps that have been happening with Hasbro recently, but none that I noticed with this one. Helps bring the fan favorite Shattered Grid story to the toy shelf.
amber –
Loooved it! They’re made so well! My son occasionally plays with it, but it’s mostly for display!
Jeffro –
I missed the Power Morphicon 8 version by Bandai America and I haven’t even read the “Shattered Grid” comics from Boom Studios that this figure is from but I like the fact that he’s basically Tommy Oliver albeit an evil version from another dimension who conquered his dimension then tried to do the same to the other rangers teams in theirs he is a MUST HAVE for any Shattered Grid or Power Ranger fans that like anything Tommy Oliver related
J.Izaguirre –
Inexpensive figure and great to add in anyone’s collection!
RDD –
Hasbro’s Lightning Collection adds Lord Drakkon from Boom! Studios’ “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers†comics to its line. In the comics, Lord Drakkon comes from an alternate Earth where he remained in service to Rita Repulsa, eventually taking her place as the ultimate evil. Having defeated the Rangers of his universe, he begins working to conquer the multiverse, leading to the “Shattered Grid†storyline. Jason David Frank even appeared as Drakkon for a trailer promoting “Shattered Grid,†a promotional image of which was used as a variant cover for issue 25. The Lord Drakkon costume blends elements of both the Green and White Mighty Morphin Rangers costumes, with some touches of the Black Dino Ranger.Bandai previously released a figure of Lord Drakkon as part of their Legacy Collection, but this version is slightly more realistic like the rest of the Lightning Collection, with sculpted features to make it appear more like a person in a costume while the Legacy figures opted for a more comicbook approach. It also stands slightly shorter than the Legacy figures. The belt, chest shield, and details on the boots and gloves are all slightly smaller on the Lightning Collection Drakkon, further in keeping with its photorealistic approach. The belt details also disappear a little due to the smaller size. Further, while the Legacy Drakkon included both the Dragon Dagger and Saba, the Lightning Drakkon only includes the Green Ranger’s dagger, though it does add two alternative hands, an u.
