I have to say this book was totally worth the wait!! I have loved the first two books but this one touched my soul! I love how Maniac was there for Wren every step of the way. It made my heart so happy that he was so patient with her. This is worth more than 5 stars!!

  2. C Purnell aka Sailor

Well, the Fallen Lords certainly know how to pick their men! Maniac comes across as gruff and his interaction with Wren was Maniac ‘doing his job’ in Pipe and Nikki’s book. Or was it? Once you get past the emotional-break-your-heart-and-stomp-on-it opening of the book, you have so many feels going on in your head and heart, you physically want to reach out and hold Wren and tell her how much you love her and how strong she is. I cannot say enough how emotional that first glimpse into Wren’s life is. Once Maniac and Wren have one-on-one time, Maniac makes a battle plan to knock down her walls and put up mirrors surrounding Wren to show her what a strong, awesome, lovable person she is. Maniac is her babysitter, but so much more… he is the vehicle for her healing. Wren needs to see herself as others see her and Maniac is the man for the truth-telling job. I love the interaction between Maniac and Wren. He truly puts her needs first, but doesn’t hesitate to push her limits on her road to healing. His actions, words, and emotions are there for us to see and it truly is the little things in life that he does for Wren that back up his words. Wren has an abusive past to overcome and isn’t sure that being involved with another MC man will be any better the second time around…until Maniac shows her the difference between her past and her potential future. We see the crazy girls club in action and get a new character to look forward to…Jezebel. Alice makes another leg-slap.

Love Wren and Maniac’s book. Wren has a scarred soul from her past. Maniac saves her from herself. This a well written story with more than one hard subject, the author handles all subject matter with finesse. Traces of humor and badass biker. Looking forward to reading more from this Amazing Author.

  4. JOHN CHAVEZ

I have always enjoyed reading books written by Jason Pinter and The Castle does not disappoint at all. One night Remy Stanton interrupts an attempt on Elena Griggs and her husband Paul Blackstone at the near cost of his own life. Elena is the daughter of rich powerful Rawson Griggs. Due to Remy’s headliners as being a hero, Rawson hires Remy to run in his campaign. Rawson announces his run for President of the US under a new third party. All the characters are described very well and there are many twists and turns that you must read for yourself. This book closely reminds readers of the most recent elections, where foreign governments get involved behind the scenes to promote the outcome of the election to help Rawson Griggs is portrayed like a tipple con man. Very good read, you will all definitely enjoy this book very much.

Great thriller. Scary what power and money can get you. Will definitely read more books by this author. Highly recommend.

  6. Stephanie

Great storyline. Over coming the parts that make you feel unworthy. I loved Maniac & Wren. They make a cute couple. Loved the book cover. Can’t wait to read the next book in the series.

  7. Casey

Jason Pinter fans have long awaited his return and THE CASTLE is a sweet reward for their patience. Dripping with Pinter’s unique prose, keen eye and gift for creating characters that are immensely readable, this ‘ripped from the headlines’ thriller is one that will stay with readers well after they’ve flipped the last page.

  8. Kendy Starr

Well, by now it’s no secret that I absolutely love Winter’s books, so let me just say that this is another winner for me! I loved Maniac and Wren’s story. The beginning of the book found Wren absolutely broken, but lucky for her Maniac was willing and able to slowly but surely put her back together. This book took you through all of the emotions….laughter, tears, anger, it had it all! Well done Ms. Travers! Now bring on Wrecker!

  9. Sarah Rothacher

Loved this story. It was tragic and full of passion. Maniac is definitely that ALPHA you watch out for because before you know it you are his. Really enjoyed this book

  10. Victor

Entertaining book with a twist. This is the third book that uses personality’s that we all saw in the past but this one is way over the top.
