Maniac is book three in Winter Travers Fallen Lords MC series. If you read Nickel and Pipe then you got glimpses of Maniac in each book. Well his story will show Maniac in entirely new light…and its oh so yummy. So be prepared to laugh, cry and ahhhhhh all though this one. Travers does a nice blend of bringing serious issues to the surface to seeing these characters break and then recover from tjose issues is a beautiful thing. I love that she can take ugliness her characters go through and then bring the beauty of laughter and love in the end. Travers takes Wren and Maniac go on an amazing journey and in the end she will give them laughter, family and love. I highly recommend reading Nickel first if you haven’t already and then Pipe and Maniac, I feel you will understand story line since Maniac starts at the end of Pipe. I personally love her stories and can’t wait for the next in this series. So bring on Wrecker!!! Happy Reading!!!!!

  2. Edward G. Kaplan

This story is so realistic it’s scary! Change a few names and you could be reading a non-fiction documentary about the presidential campain of 2016. I noticed that there are a few 1 or 2 star ratings already. Don’t let them stop you from reading one of the most exciting books of 2017. Anyone who didn’t like the book must be a hopeless supporter of the current president.

  3. ADSB II

This book hits you like a cannonball and doesn’t let up. I’m excited to read Pinter’s prose again. Obviously, I’m professionally biased, being published by Pinter’s Polis Books – that said, this book was a high-octane rollercoaster of a read, and frightening in how closely it veers to reality. Pinter’s prose is taut and smooth and his characters are compelling and memorable. Pinter’s a pro, THE CASTLE is a fun romp and you’ll find yourself entertained and enthralled pretty quickly.

  4. L Trebino

Great, gripping read. The Castle pulled me in at the start with similarities to what not too long ago seemed impossible. The ongoing building of characters, the plot, and the twists kept me hooked until the end. I just hope the story remains merely fiction.

  5. JohnathonWintheiser

I loved it! It was full of suspense and kept me engaged and reading nonstop. I couldn’t put it down and needed to know what would happen next. Jason Pinter did an excellent job of developing the characters and keeping the plot moving. I highly recommend this book!

  6. Robert A Powers

Great book. I was initially concerned it would be too politically biased. Instead, I got a fast page turner that was over too quickly. Action packed, surprise ending. Just great read. I’d recommend this and all Jason’s other books (the Mark, etc) great reads.

  7. Kindle Customer

I love this series because the Fallen Lords are good a-holes. They are loyal to their club and woman. This book has a subject matter I usually don’t read but I went ahead and took a chance. It was well written and not in your face. Can’t wait for more.

    Greed never wins out

  9. Kindle Customer

It was a good book. Anything Winter writes is smart, funny and sexy. I think this is the first time she’s written about what happened to Wren and she handled it well

  10. Heather R.

I loved this book it took all the best parts of a MC book but didn’t take it too dark or too far that it just makes you sick to read. It touches subjects that are real to people and the emotional rollercoaster was rough. I love the strength and support of the characters. Maniac and Wren were the perfect couple. He took the time she needed and never gave up even when she wanted to and pushed and pushed. Another fantastic read from a fabulous author
