From dazzling scenery to spectacular set pieces, this is a worthy entry in the need for speed franchise. The frostbite 2 engine makes the whole world just stunningly beautiful and there is only so much that words can describe. Intense white knuckled racing is absolutely addicting. The autolog helps you compete with your friends and makes the game so much more competitive. Multiplayer is splendid and is even more enjoyable with friends as winning gives you much bragging rights. A huge variety of cars to choose, from vintage muscles to modern supercars. This game gives you that adrenaline feeling that few games on todays market offer. A must have for any racing fan, be it arcade or sim fan. This game is absolutely fun and I have no idea why IGN gave it such a crappy score. The only thing I agree with their review is that this game is slightly short but that may perhaps be that I’m enjoying myself so much and finished the game too quickly which leaves me craving for me. This game is a masterpiece.

I really enjoy racing games…especially ones where it feels like you are driving fast.This game definitely delivers on that.The game is basically broken up between two segments. The first is “The Run” which is a great collection of 26 race events strung together by a storyline you play through with beautiful 3D comic book cut scenes interspersed between the race events. The developers did a pretty good job in changing up the objectives for each of these courses, as you regularly switch between flat out racing to pass as many cars as possible, avoiding gunfire from police helicopters or mafia henchmen, avoiding avoid cops and taking out other cars by ramming them. The main down side to this part of the game however was that it felt too short. I completed it in a little over 5 hours. To be honest, a big part of the frustration with it’s length was due to the fact that I was enjoying it so much, I really didn’t want it to end. For the most part this section of the game was a straight play-through. There were some levels where I failed the objective and had to try 2-3x, so I went back into the menu and adjusted the difficulty level for that one segement. In some instances changing the difficulty level actually didn’t seem to make a difference in the area I was actually struggling with.The second segment of the game is called “The Challenge” and consists of 5 classes of events (from beginner to master) and each class has what seemed like 6-8 courses each. The objectives on these.

NFS The Run, it is a decent racing game, you participate in The Run a race front coast to coast in the USA full of dangers.The game itself is fun with two games modes “The Run” and “Challengers”.”The run is the story mode when u race 26 races over the USA coast to cost and “Challengers” is a mode when you can beat your own records in a race, you can also play over the Internet with your friends and anyone else, the online mode is up to 4 players but is better play against registered fiends but anybody, because sometimes could be slowly to find another players.one bad thing about this game is that it can be very short for a medium/advance player about 5 hours and the programers don’t include cinematics scenes in the game and don’t use the gyro controls like MK7 to drive.* The graphics in the game are good so much better that the ones in ASPHALT 3D, and a little better that the ones in Ridge Racer 3D, but the scenarios are not so good like the card’s graphics but it isn’t a big deal because the speed feeling in the race make almost impossible to see the scenarios.* The animation effects are good for example when U jump or a car crash.* The story is not the best and is full of missed details, but the main deal is the gameplay* A good addition in this game is the use of the NDS touch screen in some part of the races* It have 3 camera angles well done and the possibility to look behind your carafter all, NFS the Run is a good game for the 3DS with good graphics and 3D effect but i.
