I like this game it is nice and interactive, very enjoyable and a very flexible game. It’s flaw is that the plot isn’t very exiting to me at the start but that’s just me.
Intro:i’m a huge pokemon fan. while the only old pokemon game i played was crystal, my very first actual pokemon game was platinum. This is the first time I’ve played a pokemon ranger game (even though I’ve heard and saw others), and surprisingly enjoyed it very much.story:story is quite simple, (basically like all the other pokemon games), you are a ranger who have to stop a team of mad people from doing something stupid. the story is very entertaining. you don’t know who is with you or who is against you and i was truly shocked at the ending (or finale battle).Gameplay:The gameplay is easy to get use to but comes with a unique twist. you draw circles around your pokemon to calm down and help you on various things. Do this to legendary pokemon and you will get a sign that will allow you to call them at any given time. the game is also suprisingly difficult. this is where pichu comes in handy and so do your other pokemon before they run away after taking to many hits from the pokemon. your pokemon and pichu are able to assist you in tough times, playing a song (pichu) or attacking the pokemon (your party).while the game is unique and entertaining the real drawback is the constant dialog between characters. its not exactly constant but it is very, very, LONG. it takes about 15 minutes just for me to finish one persons dialog. The other is the constant running back and forth between long distant areas which are tiring alone. i love the dramatics when your about to fight a “boss.
This game is different than games like Heartgold or Diamond. Instead of Pokeballs, you use a device that breaks when it recieves too much damage. This can make it hard, but in a fun way.
A great spin-off of the pokemon genre. This involves using your stylus to draw circles around pokemon in order to capture them. However you don’t keep the pokemon you borrow their powers and the release them, you also don’t battle in the traditional sense.Great fun for all ages but a bit more simplistic compared to the original pokemon games.
