Love it. Definitely worth the buy. I don’t even that It came with a 2gb memory cars that was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately it don’t work. But I had an old laying around and it ok. Don’t have any complaints actually.

  3. Michelle

I bought this for my 12 year old as a Christmas present. He takes it everywhere he goes. It came fast, brand new and works perfectly with all of his games he purchased years back. Thank you

Before i got my Nokia N900 phone, i wanted a device that could do skype calling using a wireless internet connection. As i already had the P1000 version and had some games, i decided to upgrade to the 3rd version games console as it had a build-in mice for skype calling. The product is as good as the first one, any maybe a bit faster, skype calling is excellent, yet i would like if the software is upgraded to allow skype messaging. The internet use is ok, but then you would rather get a tabled (which i ended up doing) if you want a richer internet experience. Music playback as expected is very good.If you already own the P1000 or P2000, then the only reason to upgrade would be faster gaming experience and the ability to do skype calling (P1000 cannot do skype) without the need for a headset. All in all, a very good mobile games platform with the capability to keep you connected with friends on skype and e-mail using internet mailing such as yahoo or google.

  5. M. Dobson

Great device, battery last up to 6 hours. Controls are easy and well placed on the PSP. I would highly recomend this product to any gamer, but you must buy a memory stick duo separate to save your game. Other than that it’s greats!!!

  6. Selma Bock

They said the system works great. But we didn’t know that they also needed memory sticks to save their games but we didn’t realize it.

  7. Douglas B.

It has a dot on the screen thats pissing me off but other than that it seems legit and like a nice console

  8. Hernany

The all new slimmer PSP 3000 comes in with a couple of new upgrades over the 2000 model. Primarily for the Skype functionality, a microphone is onboard along with a reduced glare 4.3" screen. Its a given that fingerprints will still be a continued issue for the PSP line. Thankfully, the age old problem of ghosting has yet to appear on my new PSP 3000.One of the sweeter features now is an upgraded (AV) video output support. Owners can now operate their systems with regular (NON HD) TV. I suggest buyers pick up a good composite or component cable. With the usual collection of great games, improved graphics is a major plus.As with all previous models, control buttons layout are very much like the classic Play Station. One area of concern is that load times for the UMD (Universal Media Disc) seemed to drag a bit. Its a given that purchasing the kit which includes the proprietary MS Duo Card is more cost effective in the end. Its obvious that Sony missed the boat when it went with its own proprietary format instead of the more widely used and less costly SD standard.

Overall i really enjoy the PSP 3000. The packaging for shipping leaves lots to be desired. The lack of an included memory card sucks. The web browser really sucks. I cant even view Youtube videos. An update for the browser would fix this. Overall i really enjoy this system as it keeps me entertained during slow times at work. Games, movies, and accessories are really cheap. Just need to fix the web browser.

Christmas gift for my 6yr old mainly to quiet him due to his brother getting the new Vita. Well made console, lots of great games. He loves playing it…now that I bought him some new games inasmuch as the first 3 games received his infamous "poopie game" rating.
