It just takes 30 mins each day you want to train and thats all. At your home and really fast you can perform the exercises that are proposed, i thought that they will bee a grater amount of exercises and more variety of them but may be it’s because of my level. So far I have use it for 2 months and it really improves your physical condition but don’t expect to be thin from one night to another!!Recommend for young people below 40 that don’t want to exit home for a quick and easy exercise.

I love this game. I think the workouts are challenging and it’s nice to be able to actually track your progress. The only negative comment I have is sometimes the workouts are a little TOO much, especially for a beginner, but it definitely gives you motivation to really push your limits.

I like it because it has me doing exercises I wouldn’t normall do; and the virtual trainer is "almost" life-like.What I don’t like is the fact that it doesn’t allow for certain body weaknesses; it does ask a few health questions in the beginning; but nothing that would allow for let’s say knee or joint weaknesses. I have weak knees and can’t do straight leg push ups; but I have to keep skipping over certain exercises when it comes up. I wish the system would recognize that and allow you to change from that exercise all together. Otherwise, I am getting in shape.

Great game so far. Left me winded and breaking a sweat. However, I didn’t have enough room for some of the drills the game was calling for. If you have a the minimum amount of space to use your Kinect I wound not advise buying this game. It’s a great workout but will only frustrate you if you don’t have room to do it all.

Great exercise programs. My overweight teenage son was exhausted at the end of the program but because it is so interactive he is willing to keep up the exercise every other day. My only complaint is that you really need internet to utilize all the features.

Great exercise game. Recommend. Just needs space to be noticed in the camera. Exercises are real life and challenging.

Awesome training game, it’s like having your very own personal trainer in your home. Nike has done a great job with this training game. The game takes into account form and proper technique, which helps to cut down on injury and gives better results. The trainer gives you feedback while working out which is really nice. It you are starting to slow down she says to move faster if you are performing reps too fast you are reminded to speed up. The only thing I do not like is that sometimes feedback will appear on the screen while you are doing push ups or burpees, which means you may not get credit for your reps because you did not correct the problem. Nike+ Kinect has become an integral part of my workout routine and it is saving me from having to get a personal trainer. Additionally, the game provides lots of variety.

I bought this after having done the Nike+ training on the app on my iphone since last year & seeing how god that was. This is the perfect for any level of fitness. You can go at your own pace. It gives you the motivation to do it. It’s just like aging an in home personal trainer. The trainer does a fit test & then sets up a tailored program to your level. It’s tracks your level & changes the program as your level changes to keep it challenging. You can set it up to share to your Facebook & get cheers from your friends during your workouts. You can also workout to your own music. The trainer will tell you when you’re about to beat your personal best making you push harder! I love this!!

Nike+ Kinect is a great fitness game. I definitely got a good workout the few times I tried it. Unfortunately, it failed to keep my interest. The workouts are just that – workouts. They’re not very fun. The few games that exist in this game get old pretty quickly. If you can commit to this workout, it’s great and I definitely think it will help you improve strength and cardio.I think this game is more effective if you’re already keeping up with other Nike+ products, since it gives you Nike Fuel points, which, as this is the only Nike+ point collecting item I have, means little to me. I also don’t have any friends that use anything with Nike+, so there’s not as much motivation on my end to use this product, other than to avoid the gym and stay indoors. As it turns out, I prefer going to the gym. So this game stays on my shelf for when I feel like something different…or maybe when winter comes and I don’t feel like venturing out into the cold. Hmm.

I really like this game. I don’t think its fun, because working out is not fun for me. I am challenged by this game (I will say I have lived a very sedentary lifestyle). The trainer does a great job of prompting you to correct your position, in order not to hurt yourself, and never says anything negative. I will say… for my busty women… there is a lot of jumping, especially in the cardio. Jumping jacks, jumping on one foot, jumping on two feet, lunge jumps, and sumo jumps etc. I understand its cardio… but my breasts are feeling the workout. I believe there are other cardio exercises that may not involve as much jumping. Other than that I really like the workouts, it mixes cardio days with strength training. You can also do weight training (which I have not tried out yet). This “game” is worth it if you are primarily sedentary and want to start your healthy journey at home. I can’t give a recommendation for more seasoned workout consumers, as I am not one.
