Fast shipping, in very good condition, takes a while to get used to the game, buts it’s fun.

RTCW is a good game. The graphics are amazing and are the best part of the game. Another plus is that there is actually blood unlike the medal of honor series. You also get to save anywhere and that is a must in a game like this. There are some downsides however. There are certain enemys that have shields. If you try to shoot them when they are crouched and hit their sheild, they will reflect and hit you (that is not the bad part). The bad part is that if you have a sniper rifle and u put it on their leg it will still reflect which is stupid. Also, I have gotten stuck about fifteen times so far and i’m only on like the 6th level. The lighting is also bad. I put the brightness to the maximun level and I still can’t friggen see! Because of that, i can only play at night. If your a fan of Doom, Quake or the Medal of Honor Series, then this game is for you. It is basically the same thing as the PC version which i respect because thats hard to make on a PS2.

Every time I come back and play this game I have the same first impression. I load it up and start the first mission and say to myself, “Ah man, I forgot how crappy the graphics are” and “Jeez, you run so fast and the movements are so awkward” and “Dang the AI are so stupid,” but then 30 minutes later the initial shock has worn off and I’m completely engrossed in this epic tale involving mass violence and Nazi mischief. Don’t get me wrong, all my first impression complaints are completely true, but after a short while I find myself not really caring about the bad graphics or the shoddy handling; this game is just that entertaining.I’ve played my fair share of first person shooters over the years and back in the day I was a huge fan of the Medal of Honor games and the pre-zombie CoD games. A lot of the reviewers on here seem to want to make the comparison between these games and Wolfenstein, but let me tell you right now that that’s just plain silly. I mean, come on! You’re mad that a game with zombies and super soldiers is unrealistic? Honestly, the premise of the game should tip you off that it’s not a serious WWII game. I think I’d actually feel a little awkward if this game did perform as well as some of those other games. I say the subpar features of it just add to the overall experience. For me personally, I find the ridiculousness of this game to be the best part.As far as I’m concerned the craziness and random humor thrown into Return to Castle Wolfenstein is what make.

Just to note, this game is a First Person Shooter, if you don’t like this sort of game don’t buy it.This game reminds me of the old James Bond Golden Eye on the Nintendo 64 (which I loved) execpt with new things to do and is alot more fun. You are Agent Burkowitz, an Agent of Britain and America to infultrate Germany and find out about Hilter’s plans and control of the supernatural in use of army warfare. You get alot of cool weapons and has a good story line. Something for a fan of War Games or First Person Shooters.

    Works great :)

This is a very well done game. However, if you were a fan of the original Castle Wolfenstein games, you may not be expecting what this game really is.First, this game plays almost identically to Medal Of Honor, Red Faction and the like. Except, with this game there are less enemies and you actually have to peek around corners and USE YOUR BRAIN to get through the levels. The game also offers the ability to upgrade your character by using a point system. For example, you can boost your health and other options are available. Finding hidden treasures and secret areas produce more points.Just like Medal Of Honor Rising Sun, if you are looking for a melee type mass destuction game, this may not be the title for you. If you are looking for thousands of alien mutants to blow up while they stand still for you, buy another game! While you can always sneak up on your enemies and kill them from behind with a knife, there are plenty of weapons to keep you happy!I enjoyed the sniper rifle and the ability to use binoculars to see what I was running into before I ran into it!Here’s how I would rate the game:Graphics 7/10Sound 7/10Gameplay 10/10Replay Value 10/10Quality 10/10Overall, I think I would give this 9/10.A solid game, good levels, good selection of weapons, I think it is Well Done!

No issues at all. I bought this as a gift and it came much earlier than promised and packaged great.

When I first saw that Return to Castle wolfenstein games were coming out for video game consoles, I doubted that any of the console games could match up to the PC superior. However, this game does not fail to show up with the goods. With many detailed levels, excellent gameplay, and a multiplaer mode, Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Operation Resurrection may outrun Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Tides of War and the PC version by far, not to mention become eligible for one of the best games of the year.

This game is a-w-e-s-o-m-e! But wow, is it short. I feel a little ripped off for paying about $50 for just a few weeks of play. But maybe it’s just that I was so addictive to the game. This is an awesome WWII-based game! The characters are… "alive" yet I still want more action! But the game is realy worth your time. Don’t rent it. BUY IT
