This is a game worth playing and since it’s been out about 2 years or a little longer it’s affordable. I’m a fan of the original Wolfenstein 3D and this game is still worthy of the name. Great game play, sound, weapons and decent graphics. Another plus about this is when you beat the game you can play the original Wolfenstein 3D game, this is definally worth buying. Once you get used to the controls and how the game is played out you’ll get hooked.

When i got this game i was expecting a first person shooter like James Bond. I was impressed however because this game isnt a James Bond comparison at all. This game is a mix of Resident Evil and James Bond. This is a interesting mix of game styles but this is a excellent mix. I, myself, like first person shooters such as Halo, James Bond, Ghost Recon, and Turok. I felt this game fell into the Above average first person shooter category very easily. There are a few reccomendations i do have however. THIS GAME IS DEFINENTLY NOT FOR KIDS. I say this because this game has immense gore and people laying on the ground that have been eaten by zombies, missing various parts of their body. There also are some disturbing levels during this game but overall i would recommend this game to any first person shooter fan.

My friend Bobby Charalambos from Giannitsa is the Wolfenstein master and a genius at snipping soldiers form lookout towers and hidden crevices. My comments on the game are as follows:Pros:Excellent graphicsCool sound effects and musicGood enemy AIMultiple locations and many many levelsWide array of weapons choiceCons:A tad “propagandish”Some missons appear out of context with war themeAdding “occult” creatures as enemies dilutes the war theme flavour of the game.Overall very challenging, thoroughly enjoyable and well worth a purchase.Additionaly, this was my very first game on the xBox and admittedly the gaming console is a pure gem!

This has always been one of my favorite video games. Great action and a lot of strategy needed to play.

Ok, lets start out with the game details. This game alows co-op playing with a friend, which really ads some reply value to it. The graphics are smooth and well done, but the details such as bulletholes in walls are not there. Blood and gore is realistic and not overdone. The sound is great, u can hear distant firing, the yelling of cpu bots, and explosions throughout the game. Aiming and controls are quite simple, you dont have to be an expert gamer to play it.Single Player: The single player of Return to Castle Wolfenstein was very well done. The missions take place in several settings which allow multiple ways to complete each mission. The storyline is great and involves several twists. The cpu bots range from German soldiers to "creatures" that erupt from fires and spit flames at you. Some of this game is actually scary at times (i once got chopped in half by some spinning discs and dropped the controller) because a lot of the levels are dark or in crypts. There are many weapons to choose from, and weapons can be picked up from fallen enemies. Sometimes the single player can be tiring however because you may have to start from a saved game with low health and have to take on 5 creatures. I give the single player a 4/5Multiplayer: Note- Xbox live is required to play Multiplayer. The multiplayer of RTCW is very unique from most other games. There are several Characters to choose from that are each equipped with different weapons. Teamwork is a key element of RTCW.

Great graphics, sound and gameplay make this game without a doubt the second best first person shooter (FPS) game after HALO. What makes it so great is the 2-Person Co-Op. But be warned, I don’t think you can save your progress in a 2 person game… so drink lots of coffee and make a night of it. You won’t regret it…. I haven’t even touched the X-Box live portion.

Awesome game. This is the best in the series. And yes you can play it on the xbox 360. Not sure if you can on the Xbox one since I don’t own that system.

Has to be one of my favorite original Xbox games! Still play it if/when I have free time (and this is August of 2018)
