Ok.. so I bought this for my kids. Let me just say, they love it. The graphics are phenomenal! But! … if you want to play two players, you are put into a map and you run around killing bad guys with NO objective. I played that for about 15 minutes and I was over it.It was boring. You can play campaign where you have an objective but it’s in a story mode. Then my son told me the only other way you can play with an objective is to play live with other people. So I said ok, that’s what I want to do. Well I’m a homeschooling mom of 4 and I don’t get to sit in front of an Xbox wasting my days away getting good at this.. I simply wanted to play the game and save the galaxy… I couldn’t even make it 5 steps without being shot! My sons said the people who play are really good. You don’t have the option to play just people in your own house and have fun like the older Xbox Star Wars games which I used to play a lot before having to adult. 😆campaign is just one player.

Amazing game. I spend time just admiring the game locations as much as I do actually playing!

Sweet game. Wish there was a coop campaign mode like Halo, but this is a great game.

Initially, EA was going to make this game a "pay to win" type of game. For the first week, some people were shelling out a lot of money to unlock all of the characters. After the public outcry, EA changed this policy and is no longer allowing for this. In my opinion, was it a bit shady that EA did this? Absolutely, especially when other games such as COD do not do anything like this; COD charges money for a season pass which allows the players to get downloadable content (DLC) which basically consists of new maps for the multiplayer component of the game (the reason everyone gets the first person shoots), but it doesn’t allow a person to shell out money in order to get an edge in the game. Now, personally, I don’t think that buying of characters actually gave anyone a real edge. First of all, you have to be good enough to even earn up enough points in each game to even use the higher level characters in a match. The characters that were locked are as follows: Darth Vader (good character to use), Luke Skywalker (good character to use), Chewbacca (relatively weak compared to other major characters), Princess Leia (the same as Chewbacca), the Emperor (relatively weak character) and the new character from the campaign portion of the game (I forget her name.) I myself never shelled out any money for the game other than the basic game. I have unlocked Darth Vader as that is the only one that I wanted to use (you can play all of the locked heroes in the Arcade comp.
