Major errors found in Japanese Version, Street Fighter Zero 3 :The name of Vega is misplaced to M. Bison, the name of M. Bison is misplaced to Balrog, the name of Balrog is misplaced to Vega, the name of Charlie is now changed to Nash andthe name of Akuma is now changed to Gouki !I was wondering whether the American Version bearing the same errors ! If so, wait for a 2nd version with all the corrections ! What an embarrassment to Capcom !The rating is referring to the Japanese Version only !

Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max is far and away the best fighting game for PSP, however’s there’s one huge caveat: it only recognizes Memory Stick Pro Duo cards that are 1GB or less. Here’s Capcom’s lame response, directly from their customer support site:”Please only use a memory stick under 1 gig. The game came out before the advent of sticks capable of storing over 1 gig of memory and is unable to recognize memory sticks 1 gig and larger. This issue is prevalent in some older PSP games and not limited to just Street Fighter. There is no patch planned for this issue.”OK Capcom, so it’s not YOUR fault, right? Shame on Sandisk for releasing Memory Stick Pro Duo cards larger than 1GB. How dare they? I’m sure Capcom could collaborate with Sony on a patch for this and include it in an upcoming PSP firmware, but apparently that’s not worth their time. I’m knocking a star off my rating for this ridiculous bug. That said, Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max is a great game, and if you’re an old-school Street Fighter fan you’ll be in heaven.
as i see it –
This is a classic and not as violent as other games that represent themselves with a dragon. I own this game but I had to order another one to play against my girlfriend who enjoys a good challange. Well this game has about everything the past street fighter games have plus extra cool moves. Its fun to go around the world fighting all the characters who stand for their nation; or what never gets old is playing against your friend, but as you may know youll need two of these puppies. “ENJOY”

Are you old enough to remember when this game dropped for the SNES and you had to look all over town for it? Well, that game and every subsequent street fighter is now going to be in the palm of your hands. This game is arcade perfect and thats saying a lot considering there are about 50 backgrounds and 30 plus fighters. I love the overall look but it’s not all that loud w/o headphones but then again what psp game is. Control is not quite as liquid as I like but you’ll be able to pull of dragon uppercuts with ease. Worth every penny.

The game is great…good graphics (better than original), little to no loading times, players move almost like the original alpha 3. You will definitely enjoy it if you are a fan of the street fighter series. MAKE SURE you buy directly from Capcom’s website because they are giving away a free street fighter game pad that attaches to your PSP D-pad. It is IMPOSSIBLE to play without it. I’ve been playing street fighter for over 15 years. With the orignal PSP D-pad, I can only get Ken’s dragon punch to come out 30% of the time. The analog stick is slightly better, but forget about using it in a crazy combo. It’s also super hard to get any of the SUPERS to come out with the original PSP controls. Basically, you’ll have a difficult time with anything that involves a diagonal movement. It’s very frustrating when you are trying to do a jump-in, but end up jumping straight up in the air instead of up and forward.I still gave this game 5-stars because it’s not Capcom’s fault that the PSP D-pad is not made for fighting games. But make sure you get the game pad from Capcom…you will enjoy the game a lot more.

I dont need to praise the game, it is great! But I faced a problem. I have a white Japanese PSP with a 4GB memory stick pro duo. The game is unable to recognize or write to my memory stick. No other game has had this problem so far. I don’t know if this is due to the region of game being different, or if it cannot deal with 4GB memory stick.
