The games are amazing. The first one is a traditional beat em up, with modern features such as allowing you to upgrade each turtle’s attributes and make them learn skills. You can also switch between turtles at any moment (as long as the turtle you want is on screen).I would have loved to have the option to play with the d-pad though.Secret of the Ooze is a Metroidvania style platformer action game. Here, you learn skills by finding them thoughout the world, and when you learn them, you can access new areas. You can also switch turtles at any time. In my opinion, this game is way better than the other, but that’s WayForward, excellent game developers. The package is really solid, two great games that represent the 2012 Turtles show on Nickelodeon. I do have two main issues:1.- You get the Activision and Nickelodeon screen presentation TWICE. Once before the game-select screen loads, and again after you select the game. It wastes time. (So to boot up a game, you get a total of 4-6 intro screens).2.- The game has randomly crashed twice. The first time, in Secret of the Ooze while entering a new screen on the map. And the second time, during one of the Nickelodeon intros.Other than these, I’ve had no major issues. This is a GREAT bundle. Had to snatch this when I heard the show was coming to an end. :( I love TMNT games, and this is a really good addition.
