This themepark creator game is absolutely THE BEST, its got so many cool features…U can desighn your own roller coaster, and you are rated on it with remarks like faster, please and slow it down!U can hire and pay your own staff, but you must raise enough money to pay them or else you may end up having to fire them!U can actually become a guest at your own themepark and play your sideshows, ride your rides and even go on the roller coaster thet you spent so much time constructing! In conclusion, BUY THIS GAME! it is worth every cent.

I got this game in 2004. I also had the Theme Park game for the PS1. It’s simple enough to learn how to construct rides and such for your theme park. The are eight different parks you can have. I made it up to the fourth park, which has a Halloween theme. You must make a profit, maintain your rides, clean the bath rooms, and add new features to make people want to return. Challenging but fun. The game allows for correcting mistakes and the tutorial constantly has something to tell you, which to some extent can be annoying.I agree with another reviewer in that the buisness objectives take away from some of the fun of the game. Younger and less patient gamers will probably not like this game. This game definitely requires patience and a memory card to keep up with your latest enhancements. The messages tend to be repetitive. How many times can a stink bomb go off in the bath room? As you get better, you earn coupons and can put more elaborate things in your park, like an employee lounge where your workers can hang out during their break.A good game to learn about what goes into running a theme park, but you need patience and it can get repetitive.

I really can’t describe how addicted I am to this game. I’ve been playing it all week and I really think it’s neat. It’s a good one to start with if you are intimidated by the Playstation 2. This is the first game I bought and it has really helped me get accustomed to the controller. This is pretty good since the last gaming system I had was the first Nintendo system. The first one! It’s not too complicated and, although the little assistant is a bit annoying, it’s an enjoyable game.

Okay, everyone else compares this game to Roller Coaster Tycoon. Newsflash: THIS IS NOT ROLLER COASTER TYCOON!!!!If you ever spent what seemed like minutes but turned into hours playing SimCity, adjusting your taxes and meeting the demands of the citizens, then this game is for you. Taking the same detail-oriented, behind-the-scenes approach to game play, the game presents the challenge not only of building your theme park but managing your employees and keeping everyone happy. The game is very simple to play, thanks to an interactive tutorial as well as on-screen detail of which button does what. No need to worry about digging out manuals to figure out how to play or how to access and important feature. You start with your first park and a set of goals to meet. As you meet these goals, you earn gold tickets, which you can spend to open up new parks. As you progress through the game, the goals get harder and harder. You have to keep your park in business longer, you have to turn more profit, and you have to attract more visitors. Not to say that if you liked Roller Coaster Tycoon, you won’t like this game. Just don’t expect it to be the same thing.
