This is a great collection of classic games and is well worth the price. I will say, playing with joycon in the grip feels snappier than playing with the pro controller. It seems weird but the weird separated D-Pad on the joycon and the smaller buttons seem to reduce whatever input lag most people are noticing. The pro controllers buttons are bigger and mushier and I think that’s what most people are noticing as input lag, that is, if that’s the controller they are using. I think I’ll end up getting a classic 8bitdo controller specifically for this game because their D-Pads are better than both of the above mentioned controllers. Overall, this is a great package for less than $30, the games run well and there is something here for everyone. The rewind, save states, and challenges bring this into the modern age and I suggest it for anyone looking for a physical copy of some of the best classic Sega has to offer. UPDATE: I bought a SF30 Pro from 8Bitdo and it’s amazing to play these games with and feels so much better, highly recommend.

Hours of fun! I love this game! It has all the classics that you’re looking for on one cartridge! I highly reccomend if you grew up playing Sega like I did!

Game came in clean packaging and worked like a charm. Great selection of games, although I would like sonic 3, I was still impressed by the ability of the conversion to play flawlessly and without other issues I’ve had with emulators. Great buy for switch players who want a bunch of good games all in one cart.

Though I have this on the PS4/XB1 as well, I had to get the Switch version so I could take this collection of great games with me everywhere I go. You are getting an incredible package of 52 games as opposed to 54, for a low price of $29.99, and these games range in quality from decent to absolute classic, when you think about it, the price of Sega Genesis games back in the 90’s was anywhere from $39.99 all the way to $89.99 when they first came out, so it makes the price of this package all the more enticing for those of us who reminisce about the golden age of gaming when Nintendo and Sega were the main rivals. There are a few bells and whistles that make this collection worth getting even more. You can actually make a save state or two for the game you’re playing, also you can rewind the gameplay if you feel you made a crucial mistake, which makes the games a bit easier to play. These two things definitely make the games a heck of a lot easier at times, especially with RPGs where one wrong decision can end up getting your party killed by an enemy. There are also emulation filters that you can use to possibly enhance the way the games look, but personally I don’t see myself using them too much. There are a couple caveats with this version of the game, understand that you are getting 52 games and not the 54 that are in the PS4/XB1 versions of it. The two Wonder Boy titles were taken out of the Switch version of this collection, to some that is a pretty big loss, for others lik.

Minus 1 star since the effort to get all this to work for free on a PC almost makes this not worth it.Playing colums til your cousin hates videogames, priceless. To that guy who wanted columns on a cart for his switch, kudos.

Great collection. Must have if you’re feeling the need to revisit the Genesis library. Hope they release a second version with all the other great games not on this one! Emulator settings are a nice touch, gives the games a cleaner less pixelated look without losing the nostalgia factor.
