  1. Soup

package and game in good condition. Personally not a huge fan of these types of games though

  2. Finnigan

It’s like Soul Sacrifice. But less wizard B.S and annoyingly dragged out story-telling.Add a good dosage of Dynasty Warriors and make it look like a PS3 game, you get toukiden.

  3. Legion8913

I attend college and the time it takes to beat a mission is perfect for my breaks between classes. Boss battles take a little longer but that’s to be expected and overall the game is very enjoyable.

This is pretty great and what I was looking for. The combat feels really good, it has a good steady pace with some weight to it. The designs of the demons (Oni) are really cool aswell. You can have up to 3 other slayers accompany you on each mission or you could solo the entire thing, I like how they give you that option. You gather materials in this game strictly from slaying demons or if you happen to find something shiny on the ground. So if you don’t really care for gathering like me you will be very happy. I enjoy the dialouge this game has to offer, entertaing to say the least. Challenging and fun. Overall very satisfied.

    Amazing game

My first monster hunting game. The story is a placeholder, the characters aren’t developed that well. However, the mechanics are very tight, and the monster battles are challenging, frustrating, and fun. I wish there were more in-game references, like where to hunt for a given material. It even makes good (and very light) use of the touchscreen, with rarely used button combinations a touchscreen tap away. I thought it was executed very well and would buy a sequel.

    Good game

i had tried Monster Hunting demos but I was always lost. This started me off on grinding Oni and I’m hooked. I’ll be picking up Kiwami for the PS4 and can transfer the save from this game to that one. Very cool.

    Cool game

This is an awesome game for the Vita, and well worth the buy. If you’re still considering this or Soul Sacrifice/Soul Sacrifice Delta, then consider this: Soul Sacrifice Delta is download only right now (not sure if that’ll change or not) and Soul Sacrifice has much less content than Delta, while Toukiden is hard copy or download. In Toukiden you craft all the armor you obtain by hunting monsters and getting the right parts, in SSD you just reach the specified level and the armor/Raiments are given to you, you just have to get the right offering (item) in order to get another color.I have both games and love them both and they each have their pros and cons, but overall I would give Toukiden a better rating, but only slightly. The thing that sets Toukiden apart is the atmosphere and general storyline of the game. Toukiden has a village with people and allies to befriend while SSD takes all that and turns it into a menu/book. A menu/page to select different weapons (offerings), another page to buy armor and upgrade everything. In SSD outside of combat the only exploring to do, or looking around to do is within the confines of a very small cell. That and there is very little in explanations and tutorials, after the first chapter I found myself wondering what to do next and trying to find the right place to go to do the right quest in order to further the game and story.Toukiden doesn’t really hand you everything on a plate, but makes it easy enough to find out what quest to do n.
