My children enjoy playing this game and get a kick out of his pants dropping and the chickens scattering. I do wish that there was a place to store the chickens, and the chickens themselves fall apart quickly. It would be better if the chicken were a solid one-piece design as it would require less assembly and the kids wouldn’t get frustrated with having to put them back together frequently.

Got this for my kids (ages 6, 8, 9, 11). Cute game & they really enjoy it. They all play it together, and no complaints of it being too hard for the younger ones / too easy & boring for the older ones. Easy for all of them to learn. The moving pieces are pretty durable; nothing broken yet (and my kids don’t tend to be gentle with toys). Recommend. Now that we have a newborn in the house, we will need to be more careful of not dropping the chickens on the floor, as those are definitely a chocking hazard!

Cute game my nieces and son loved it

This game is so much fun. I have a 2 and 4 year old daughter and they love playing this game. So simple and easy.

I purchased this for my 5yr old for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. We have played it as a family and she has even played on her own because she enjoys it so much. The rules are simple so everyone can play stress free. The little chickens are very small so I’m definitely glad we have carpeting in our living room because I can see how they could roll off and get lost.

This was purchased for my 3 1/2-year-old granddaughter. She loves this game! However… It’s a game that will be more fun if people play it with the child

Catch the Fox came on time. I ordered it the week before Christmas. So super thrilled. Every local store was sold out. It was exactly as it appereard in the description. It was for my niece. I have NO children. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the game itself seemed redundant. Couldn’t expand upon it.

This is a cute little game! The object of the game is simple enough for very young players, but entertaining enough for older elementary children. So far, I haven’t had any issues with the mechanics of the game (you have to pull the pants out from inside the fox for each game). The pants fit the fox loosely, too loosely, I thought, but it’s not really a problem.Game play: Roll the die and place the indicated number of chickens in the fox’s pockets and then press down his head. The next players do the same until the pants fall. Then, try to fill your chicken coop spaces with the chickens that are rolling around. The first player to do so, wins.It would be helpful to set some ground rules before starting, though not indicated in the instructions. Kids will try to "cheat" and scoop up a handful of chickens, leaving the other players with nothing to work with while he/she takes his time placing them in his coop. I think it’s more fair and entertaining to use only one hand and grab only one chicken at a time. Younger players with limited fine motor skills might have difficulty putting the pants back on the fox for a new game. Remember to raise his arms before pulling on the cord to release the pants.I subtracted one star because there are so many stickers to place, thus, increasing my chances of mistakenly putting them on incorrectly. One of the stickers that I put on the die is slightly off center and now the die will immediately stop rolling when that edge hi.

Bought for my 6 year old. He was excited and did have fun playing, but may be a little young for him. A very simple game, but may be a little to easy for him. Not sure that he will continue to enjoy this for too long.

Great game as like all this brand are. We own almost all of them. Fun and no batteries.
