My first experience with this game was very frustrating – I wanted to throw it out the window! But for some reason, I kept trying, determined to make it work. Honestly, it didn’t take long, and now I am really enjoying the game. By no means is it perfect, but I consider it a pretty decent workout without leaving my house. Here are the basic pros and cons:Pros-Good combination of exercises.-You can set up routines for each day of the week. This is very helpful when you only have 30 minutes or so in the morning – unlike Wii Fit where you spend so much time going from exercise to exercise, this one is pretty continuous.-You can check your weight on this game.Cons-Using the nunchuk is very frustrating. I recommend using two Wii Remotes so you don’t hit yourself in the face with the cords! I’ve also found that two remotes recognizes your moves much better.-The training can be aggravating as well because it won’t let you move forward until you master the moves. I usually skip the training and wing it if I have a new move I haven’t done yet.-If you are looking to be competitive by checking your point status and levels, this is not the game for you. Because it doesn’t register your moves consistently, you will find it hard to do really well on this game.Overall, I consider this a step up from a workout video – it’s easier for me to follow and I can feel that the exercises are working for me. Now that I am used to the game I am doing better and enjoying it much more.

The step workout is great. There are six different workouts, so it is easy to get a 30 minute workout. I don’t really use anything else, but it is worth the price for the step workout alone.

I found each segment to be quite challenging. I especially love the Fierce and Fabulous Abs segment. I have been using this workout two to three times a week along with my other routines and it has seriously changed the shape of my belly . This is not a workout for beginners as you will need to be aerobically fit.

gOSH! its really intense! although 10 minutes doesn’t seem much, it works you out!

As most people know, 10 Minute Solution is a highly popular set of DVDs where you can start and finish a complete exercise routine in 10 minutes. The DVDs each feature an attractive fitness expert on a mat demonstrating different aerobic workouts to you, shouting out instructions and encouragement each step of the way.I’ll start off by saying that fans of the DVD series expecting a similar experience may be a little disappointed. 10 Minute Solution for Wii seemed to eschew the formula that made the DVDs so popular. Instead of an intimate one-on-one training session with an instructor, it feels like the standard kind of Wii fitness game we’ve seen before, where you just perform a series of repetitious actions with your balance board or Wii remotes to on-screen cues.As with many games, there is an on-screen “instructor” who’s mainly a shadowy figure in the background, not an active instructor as in the videos. You can choose from “male or female” voices and even “helpful or bossy”, but at the end there’s not much personality, just the standard repetitious “way to go!” type encouragement endemic to these kinds of games. So I suspect that most of the negative reviews here are from fans of the 10 Minute Workout series who were expecting more of the “personality” of the DVD series comes to through in the game. But having said that, I’ll be focusing my review of the game strictly on its merits as a fitness and exercise game. And in this area, it is a very solid title.Much like My Fitn.

Not bad, given the design I thought this game was "Strictly for Women", however I discovered that there are activities that men might enjoy as well…I also liked that you can choose which trainer you enjoyed…this was the one that came with Pink gloves, so as a guy, you can imagine my reluctance at first. Still, very entertaining. I guess the only reason I gave this 4 out of Stars was because pink really isn’t my color, and I’m sure I had to pay extra for a pair of pink gloves that wouldn’t fit, and I would definitely use. I probably could’ve gone with "just the game", but wasn’t aware of that option at he time.

My husband got this for me for Christmas. I had some health problems, and have had trouble getting back into a fitness routine. In other words, I’m quite out of shape. What I like most about this ‘game’ is that it is not intimidating. I’m out-of-shape, over-weight, and am just not up for an intense 30-40 minutes workout… yet. With this game, it is easy to tell myself, “just 10 minutes.” Once I get through that, I’m often energized and ready to do more (zumba or wii fit or something).I agree w/the others about the poor tracking. For some reason I cannot imitate the “bob” on the cardio boxing routines, and it won’t let you continue until you do. I had to get my 11-year-old to come do the bob for me so I could work-out!. It is annoying to *have* to do the training, and the graphics are, well, not great.I think my favorite part is the step aerobics using the wii board. I can feel that in my hip-flexers, thighs, and butt. But again, this is great for beginners. If you are more in shape, then definitely pick a different ‘game.” But if you are a beginner, or trying to get back into exercise, then I highly recommend this game.
