A good game, arrived resurfaced and in great condition.

I was surprised to hear burnout 3 sold more copies than gran turismo 4 overall. I mean burnout 3 is alot more fun, but gran turismo is better overall but who gives a crap. Burnout 3 is a offroad fury of fun. The Burnout World tour features up to 40 Race tracks and 67 unlockable Vehicles and a crapload of gamemodes. With online play, no wonder it killed in the rankings. There new mode is called takedown. You try to takedown your oppenent racer by hitting him/her off a road and making him crash. The cars are carfully designed and each one can be used to help you in your inmassed world tour. And intentionally crashing into people never gets old. Its not far from perfect, but it is still a great game. Took a while for me to get this game but I regret every moment of hesitation. This game is extremely fun to play. It is almost comparable to the feeling you got when the first time you playedd Gran Turismo! Overall the approach of knocking your opponents out of the game or being knocked out is graet.
First of all….BUY IT!!!Burnout 3 has some of the best graphics out, the cars are detailed very well and the game moves extremely fast!! (Especially when boosting!!) Some of the physics are a tad odd..! Like when one of the SLOW cars can do 0 – 60 in 1 second…but you’ll only notice them if you’re being picky! There is a feature called Burnout3 World tour. In this you can do a wide range of things, from Crashes, Racing, Takedown, Head to Head etc. There are a lot of the crashing games in World tour so it can get a little bit annoying/boring. The only sad thing is that you can’t do anything to the cars, can’t tune it, can’t pimp it although you can change the colour!! (How great is that?!) And it does take a long time to get into the game. I mean you start off with a pathetic car, and it isn’t all that fun, but when you start unlocking things it suddenly becomes more interesting. It also comes equipped with “Net Play” (which although I haven’t got, is extremely fun)Like I said BUY IT!!
OOOHHHHHHH GRAANNNNNN JUEGO, al principio tal vez un poco confuso, pero una vez viendo de que se trata todo se convierte en pura diversion. el único pero que podria tener este juego son las gráficas, pues comparandolas con gotham racing no son tan impresionantes, pero fuera de eso este juego es la neta. La música aunque algo intensa es bastante agradable, y los diferentes modos de juego son realmente divertidos. A mi me gustan mucho los juegos de carreras y este en realidad me a cautivado, pues sin dejar de ser un juego de coches ofrece tantas novedades que al estar jugando tienes el interes de ir descubriendo nuevos coches y nuevas modalidades de juego. Yo nunca jugue los titulos anteriores de burn out, lo que si es que este juego podria considerarse como una mezcla de mario kart, rumble racing, project gotham y project gotham en live.En breve, este es ese tipo de juegos del que nunca me perderia.
Maybe Burnout doesn’t hit me as many other reviewer on here or maybe the fact that racing game might not be my favorite type. Regardless burnout is pretty much getting old. The crash are one of the most spectular aspect of this game, and i have to admit. Though my fav mode of this game is the race itself. In fact i absolutely found nothing in the crash mode that make it worthwhile. In fact i believe that the crash mode is just extra.Many reviewer will probably argue with me about the crash mode, but i truly believe that burnout is more of a racing game than a crash racing game.Now where is the cop mode or why hasn’t the creator think of adding cops in this game? Is it really that hard? Seriously how can there is no cops when someone is racing 150-200mphs. Now one thing that beat other street racing games, is the sense of speed, i have never play any other game that has the burnout sense of speed. It actually seem like you are traveling 150mphs or how fast it is in reality. Do you remember playing other racing game and you are at 150mps and yet it seem like 60? well not in burnout! What burnout does, it does well, but if you want a more realistic racing game, than i would suggest grand turismo 3.In my opinion speed is not what make a racing game great, it actually the precise turning and taking the lead right at the end. Without any cop cars, it leave me ditching this for need for speed hot pursuit 2, which i highly recommend!
This is pretty good. Not as good as Burnout 2, but worth trying. The previews for Burnout 4 look good and we might see a return to more true driving competition. This one is about, well, takedowns. To me, that is not all that interesting.
you should be able to crash into cars…. its just not as fun when you cant.
There are not many games like this. This one is highly addictive and is hard to put down. Look forward to playing the sequels.

Burnout Takedown is the best burnout game out there. You have to watch yourself sometimes when your racing, especially when your using BOOST! If you are using your BOOST the higher the chances are you will hit another car or a wall. The best part is the takedowns. You can take out your rivals by hitting them very hard you can also use walls or other vehicles to takedown your rivals. The crash events are very cool too. You can hit ramps or just ram right into the traffic and it will always cause maximum destruction.

The thing I love most about Burnout 3 is the variety. There are several different racing modes you can play:1. Race – obviously, there has to be a mode where you just race, but it’s pretty fun racing. You rack up points and earn boost for taking out, tailgating, and smashing into other opponents, drifting, and driving into oncoming traffic.2. Road Rage – your goal is to take out as many opponent cars as possible before your car is completely totalled. You can also play against a friend, where it’s first to get ten takeouts, or last man standing. This is perfect for those days when you come home all stressed out from sitting in gridlock all day.3. Crash – My personal favorite, there are 100 crash junctions taken from sections of the different courses in the game. You have a specified period of time to cause as much damage as possible. This can also be played with a friend, either co-op or against each other.If you’ve played previous Burnout games and were not impressed, I would still recommend this game because I’ve done the same. Probably the coolest new feature of Burnout 3 is the aftertouch feature, which allows you to control your car in slow motion after you crash, making it easier to take out opponents. This also comes in handy in Crash mode.My only complaint, really, is that the massive amount of traffic in the game makes racing extremely difficult at times. It wouldn’t be so bad if your car crashed every time you even bump a car that is not in the race. If you can get.

Ahhhhh I love this game, i picked up burnout dominator at a pawn shop for 4 bucks and I’m pretty sure it was a knockoff of this. But anyways after playing that 4 dollar game i had to get the real burnout and man oh man its so fun.
