i just picked this game up a few days ago. they were out of burnout revenge so i figured whatever i’ll pick this up anyway. im glad because this game is so addictive its not funny. theres tons to unlock here. the graphics are great. and the CRASHES are incredibly realistic. the other opponents are very smart as well. you ram into them and they ram back, sometimes into the walls or cars. the controls are simple. X is go square is break tringle is change views R1 is nitro. the music though could use some work. alot of punk like. well i dont really know its not that good. but you can turn it offpros::: graphics controls crashing is fun realistic opponents can turn off musiccons::: music cant customize

This game has nice racing cars on it. The graphics and the music on the game are great. You can also do drifting which I love to do.

I spent over 100 hours of play time on Burnout 2. I couldn’t stop trying new ideas for the crash modes. I kept trying to beat my old times on the races. Sure I’d get gold, but could I get all the races done without crashing?? It just couldn’t get any better. Then comes Burnout 3. I’d been following the trailers for a while and now with the demo release…. well, the release date just can’t come soon enough. I’ll play my demo over and over till then. The graphics are awe-inspiring. The ‘turbo’ button also works as a slow-motion button during the crashes. Sparks and particle effects, broken glass, even paint flecks… it’s fantastic! You’ll find yourself crashing on purpose. I’m sure that the crash mode will be available again. Where it is THE goal to drive into intersections to cause as much damage as possible. I’ll probably get the Xbox release version vice the PS2, but it’s the same control feel of Burnout 2 that I’m familiar with. Go to the homepage and check the trailers if you want more as well. Enjoy!

The Burnout games keep getting better, and this improves on everything in the previous games. Yes, the DJ is annoying, but you can turn him off. The graphics are excellent, and the sense of speed is incredible. “Crash” mode is pure entertainment — and totally addictive. It’d be nice if the load times were quicker, but that’s the only negative thing I can say. If you like Arcade style racers, you will not be disappointed.

  7. Beans & Things

This is my favorite driving game ever. Well worth a try if you’re in the market. The scenery is realistic as is the driving experience. You can play in race mode or crash mode, offline or online. Rewards are not too hard too get and its not too hard to level up, so you won’t have to get all frustrated like with other games.

This game is GREAT! Besides kickass gameplay (particularly the ability to make other drivers crash into walls and other vehicles AND getting REWARDED for doing so), it features kickass songs to go with the driving. Of course there are some songs that aren’t quite that great, but a lot of them really help the player get into the game and some songs actually help people do better than they might otherwise do without them.

    son loved it

  10. bone thug!

This game is so much fun and there’s is a reason to play the single player mode along with multiplayer because you can slow down time to control your crashing vehicle unlike multiplayer…for obvious reasons. This game is not as hard or frustrating as burnout 2 or Midnight club 2(annoying but good game).Crash mode was like a puzzle in Burnout 2 by having to crash your car in the rite place to score most points but in this game there’re money icons and x4 or 2 so getting gold is not hard, crash mode is more fun to me.
