I liked the product, LOVE THE GAME!Came as expected and in good condition.Only problem is I felt the combined price plus shipping was a bit pricy apart from that, excellent job team!

I let a friend a while back borrow the GBA version of this game. He managed to lose it. But now with the DS version, I have my childhood back and I couldn’t be any more happier. And as a bonus, I’m able to use my existing action replay to load codes and finish the game completely!

  3. Princess413

Product worked great and came in a small protective case. There was no wear as well.

Absolutely enjoy this game so much I just had to get it again. It plays well on my 3DS XL, of course there is a little graphic quality that is bad, mainly due to the size of the screen, but it is not that much of a bother honestly. Great game and plays well.

A surprisingly great port of the games. Well, game, as I’ve only been playing Colonel version currently, as I’ve borrowed the GBA version off a friend before. Digressing aside, most of the changes to the game is to the menu screen, taking advantage of the lower touchscreen enabling you to select options with a quick poke, though you ARE still able to navigate the menus with button presses. The touchscreen is merely for convenience rather than mandatory. There’s also voice acting added to the game, but….well, I’m not a personal fan of it, though only because it’s weird hearing Lan sound like a 35 year old man rather than the 13 year old kid he is. Other than than, pretty nice.Oh, and one more thing they added was the use of the mic to cheer up your Navi if they’re getting discouraged in battle. And by cheer up, I mean you can just blow into the mic a bit and they’ll go from nervous to double-damage mode instantly. One last thing to make note of, there are GBA port bonuses you can get with this game. If you have one of the original GBA carts of MegaMan Battle Network 5, you can take your save file from it and bring it into this one! So you can pretty much consider this an upgrade. All the other MegaMan Battle Network games will change the battle themes to the game you have in the GBA slot of your DS.I give this port a solid thumbs up.

It was great. I wish they could continue this series.

I played Mega Man Battle Network 4: Blue Moon a while back. Needless to say, it gave me high expectations for this game and WOW! I wasn’t disappointed. It has both versions of Battle Network 5 on one cartridge, which was nice, and two save slots, so you don’t have to erase your data to play the other version. The game itself had interesting puzzles scattered throughout, and was, of course,VERY fun. The touch screen was utilized to great effect for things like editing your chip folder, saving, and ‘customizing’ your character, although you don’t have to use it. After playing through Team Protoman and playing Team Colonel they introduced a ‘TP chip’, which lets you take characters from one game into the other! They also hid interesting ‘side quests’, such as memory games, hide-and-seek, quizzes, hidden items in things like pots, security cameras, statues, etc, 5 ‘guardians’ that, when beaten, open up a secret level, team members’ ‘battle image data’ and a hidden character that gives you special Battlechips when beaten, unique Battlechips that you can get, for a price… the list goes on and on.Unfortunately, the multiplayer doesn’t support DS Download Play, and isn’t overly spectacular. It lets you trade Battlechips (The one-time-use-per-battle weapons in the Battle Network Series) with a friend and battle. It’s reasonably fun, but not a major part of this game.I played game for a good 72 HOURS (40 on Team Protoman, 32 on Team Colonel) and I’m still not done yet!For about $20, th.

I play most of the older battle network on GBA and I was gonna go out my way to by another gba just so I can play this game again and then out of no where I found out a ds version existed. They have voiced here and there for sound effects but I like it. Great game and great play

I’ve played the battle network game series since I was a kid, I really enjoy the whole battle system that the game has.
