This game is like having a personal trainer. The game will create your own personalized fitness program in order to make you feel better with your body. Besides that, you can have fun with other included games that challenge you and your friends while you get healthy. The best of all is that the new Kinect scans your full body, so it shows your real movements. You don’t need to use a hand control. I recommend it.

I love it. Are there more games like this?

Kinda neat relaxing exercise meditation game. It’s definitely different. I should use it more.

Pros:- arrived quickly- lots of activities to choose from, including zen and cardio boxing as well as traditional workouts- works well with the Kinect- tracks your calories burned- easy to pause- many customizable features, including your characterCons:- cannot get points through Ubisoft like it seemed I would. Ubisoft supports Your Shape 2013, but not this one- doesn’t always recognize my movements, but only when I’m squatting during zen- CANNOT use your Xbox controller; all movements are done using your body

I can workout for about 45 min to an hour and work up quite a sweat. I like that you can vary the type of exercise or do more of the same if you choose to. I usually end up with a round or 2 of yoga to cool down and stretch.Good product. I will likely get the sequel after a few more months of working with this original product. The best part of it is I can work out in my own living room whenever I want to.

I love this and use it almost every day! This thing ain’t kiddin’ around, it really makes me sore! The only downfall is that it offers no abdominal exercises. It has everything else, though!

If you enjoy Tai Chi or Chi Gong you will probably enjoy this game. I think it’s a great introduction for children to meditation in motion.

This game is great! I love all the different exercises that they have in it, and they really work! My muscles burn after a good 10 minutes of playing the game. The only downside to the game, is that for me personally, one of the workout moves wouldn’t work for me. I tried as hard as I could to replicate EXACTLY what the trainer was doing, but it kept saying I was out of sync. This only happened for 1 known workout, but the others worked great, and with great precision.I would highly recommend this game to anyone wanting a good solid workout routine, without spending big bucks. The advantages of the game DEFINATELY outweight the disappointments.

Awesome workout, but the bugs and design flaws take the fun out of it. I ride a bike for an hour or more per day and yet after just 15 minutes of playing this game I was worn out, and that was probably only about 5 minutes of working out and the rest was selecting menus and waiting for things to load up. Unfortunately, this means I’m not burning alot of calories while I try to build up the muscles to do the exercises, but that should improve with time. I tried Wii fit and I never really felt like I was working out. After just one session of this I was sore.I love that it tells me when I’m not in proper form, but I hate that it yells at me when I’m “out of rhythm” with the instructor and music. First of all, its difficult to get back into rhythm with the music when they mute the music when you go out of rhythm. You pretty much need to just try to do exactly what the instructor is doing, and even that doesn’t help sometimes. It frustrates me until I give up caring about the score and just do the exercise.Another problem is that the information is all over the screen. You watch the instructor on the left side of the screen to make sure you are in rhythm, but the rest of the important information is on the upper right of the screen past your avatar. If you look there, you aren’t watching the instructor and you risk going out of rhythm again. One major bug is that you don’t always get the workout session you ask for. I tried the Men’s Health Sleeve Busting exercises on the first da.
