I have had this game for over 2 weeks and I have to say this is so far the best game for Kinects you will find right now. It certainly has some issues recognizing some movements, specially in the Yoga section, but overall it delivers a great work-out experience.I am surprised how well the system tracks your movements and give direct feedback to correct mistakes. This game shows the true potential of kinects for future games. If you are looking for a way to exercise in the comfort of home this is what you need. It is way better than any Wii product, since it really tracks all your body. The cardio-boxing routines are my favorite. This game is only missing more depth in the repertoire of exercises, since the number of routines is very limited.

This game gives you a great workout and tracks your body movments very well and its also fun to. I think out of all the kinect workout games this one is the best. You can even scan yourself into the game. The game comes with hundreds of exercises. It tarts out easy then gets harder as you progress. If you are looking to get in sahpe lose some weight and burn some calories this is a great game. It also has new workouts you can get through DLC. It has Personal Trainer, Gym Games and fitness games. You can also use weights/dumbells in the game for stretgh training. I have used this a few weeks now about 4 times a week and have really worked up a sweat and have also got up the next day pretty sore. I highley reccomend this game for a great allaround workout, cardio, stregth, toning, Zen Tai Chi, boxing/kick boxing.

Whlie i purchased this for my wife who really wanted it i have found myself playing it. I have a limited knowlege of the person who created the game but what they have put together is amazing. I had no idea how one would bring a concept like meditation to the video game world but they sure did.If you are a gamer you will not enjoy it that much as it is not aimed at us. However, for the spiritulists it is brilliant. I have actually used it a few times now to relax and balance myself after particulary tring days with our 1 year old.The meditations are well led, the ‘games’for the animations are beautiful and the music are perfect. Enough cant be said about how this all ties together in a meer review, one must try it out for themsleves. If you have been on the fence about hop down and vget your meditation on.

This game is fun and challenging. It envolves physical balance in the first aspect of the game andmental focus in the meditation part of the game. There are many levels of challenge so I don’t thinkI will be bored any time in using this game. It both stimulates and relaxes as a tool for whole bodydevelopment. It is fun and great therapy for all ages of people.

Haven’t used this as much as I should. I really like how you can set up a profile and track your progress from day to day. The only problem I have had is I haven’t figured out how to make a separate profile for other family members. It may be that I haven’t devoted enough determination to figuring this out but it is not overly intuitive within the game itself on how to make a separate profile either.

Pros:-It actually works for meditation.Cons:-More the fault of the Kinect I think, but it can be challenging to stay properly lined up with the camera and fully relax into the meditation techniques.-It would be great if players weren’t required to progress through each mode for the first time.

Beautiful relaxing and involving. This “game” “Leela” could be the entire justification for getting the x-box 360 Kinect. I only wish it came fully unlocked and explorable. Hopefully my 7 year old, who loves it too, will unlock the levels. He is better at “succeeding” at the levels than I. He even tried and liked one of the meditations. It is so so so different from anything else I have seen. If you know of anything else for Kinect that is Beautiful, fully involving of Body and Mind, and Non-Violent, please tell me. I hope it will inspire others to create this sort of content.

Great fitness program that takes you through a variety of exercises. I just wish I was more dedicated and used it more often!.

I purchased this game yesterday. It’s like going on a journey into another realm. The “play” aspect is a variety of games for each charka, and they each have 7 levels to open up. You use different parts of you body based upon which chakra your working on. The first one you use only your hips to complete the level. The other section of this game is on various ways to meditate, and guided meditation. For anyone interested in meditation and awareness, I HIGHLY Recommend this game. In this day in age, we ALL need some help recentering our energies so we can get thru the business of life.A whole new experience, Buy it today!!!

while ‘reflect’ is calming, lots of levels are similar and some levels are really long, overall I like the game. I originally tried the demo which had me wanting more, overall I am glad I got this game.. Even more so that I ordered it on retrolio for a deep discount compared to store prices, definitely not worth what most brick and mortar stores try to charge for this game.
