love this was very cool and enjoyed it, recommend to a friend for sure. My fiance was not a fan though

I really enjoy my Kinect, despite the soreness I may encounter after several hours of play! Your Shape is a great alternative to a gym or classes. It can be personalized to you when you sign in. The Gym Games are a lot of fun and you can challenge and motivate others on their website. I truely enjoy this “game” more than I thought. Three days ago I did an hour work out and my legs are still hurting today. Its no joke if you put effort into doing the moves right and mixing up the routines to keep your muscles “confused.” I love it! Totally worth every penny!

This game is the best so far for the Kinect so far in regards to its ability to since you. I have yet to experience glitches like I do on my other games. I like the variety, some really hard work out and some that are fun or relaxing. Even my 8 year old likes to play it and not the games she likes the boxing and other workout classes.

Overall very happy with YSFE and I’m getting good use out of it. Hope they come out with some new programs so I can vary my workouts more. Do try to maximize the available space in your room per Kinect recommendations as you’ll want to have more v. less room to move around. The ‘personalized’ toning and cardio workouts are fast moving and each session short enough to keep it interesting. Good thing you only need to go through each tutorial once as the moves they’re teaching are quite simple. Really none of the moves I’ve seen so far are in any way complicated.I particularly enjoy the cardio boxing classes though there aren’t enough levels – too limited. You have to progress through 3 bronze, silver and gold training levels to get to the final overall combined workout – which is great fun but I’m already wondering where I go from there? Its almost like these are just a sampling of classes but don’t provide a true regimen of cardio boxing options. I’d like to find more of this kind of Kinect activity now that I’ve been introduced to it.Haven’t used the Zen classes, but my husband did so once and they, like the Cardio Boxing classes, are limited to a single series of short classes that build to a combined workout. If you’re into yoga/tai chi you’re going to find these classes extremely limited after a short while. The gym games are fun and a nice diversion. My issues with this program:1)If you’re in the middle of a toning or cardio workout (which consists of 2 or 3 short se.

Now that the tracking has gotten better on the Kinect. My wife loves the Yoga and I have to admit it isnt as easy as it looks. I love doing the block breaking and the full routine workouts. If you wanna a challenge keep going till you get 1500 points or more in block breaking and then your triceps and pecs will be sore in the morning.

  6. TARA

    soothing.

  7. Does it even matter?

This is one of the most relaxing “games” I’ve ever played. I enjoy it very much. Thank you Deepak Chopra!
