If you’re looking for some light-hearted fun, a trip through a land saturated in whimsy, you’ve found it. If you enjoy games like Harvest Moon, but wished they had a stronger fantasy element, this game will be perfect for you. Great for players of all ages.

  2. Clint

Great game. Nice concept and enjoyable for hours of fun adventuring.

  3. MAGALYM

My son enjoyed it very much

This game is so much more fun than I was anticipating. There are so many things to do, so many people to interact with, it is amazing. Changing your Life is quick and easy, and after the first one, you can opt out of the introductory quests, though I don’t suggest doing so. It’s really fun, and I highly recommend it.

Cons:*Music doesn’t really stand out as memorable, but it also shouldn’t send you running for the mute button.*You can only own one house at a time instead of collecting them. I guess since they’re all owned by the same landlord, it would be silly to buy all of her properties & own multiple houses in the same town, but that doesn’t prevent you from wanting to.*You can only have 2 traveling companions, so if you bought 3 pets, you’d have to leave one at home.*You can’t have any traveling companions during story adventures, nor can you buy the mansion until you’ve completed the story.*Some JRPG fans will be disappointed by the lack of marriage system.*There is DLC. The kind that unlocks whole areas & covers both companion friendship points & companion leveling.Pros:*Lots of replay value, since you can switch between a wide variety of jobs. You can’t do all the the quests with just one job.*It’s like a nice cross between a fantasy RPG & Harvest Moon, so Rune Factory fans will love it.*Great character customization, plus you can collect & mix-match outfits instead of being stuck with a job uniform day in & day out.*You can own 3 pets, you can make them travel with you, you can even make the sword slinging tomboy princess or her equally kickass mom your companions much latter in the game.*You could play it casually, but you’re far more likely to sink hours away into it. I even lost sleep over it.*Gorgeous world, especially the tropical area.*The mobs that come out at night are oft.

I played fantasy life for almost 80 hours and honestly it’s one of favorite 3ds games and in my top 10 all time favorite games fantasy life is a hybrid of elder scrolls v skyrim final fantasy xii and atelier ayesha people gripe about the main story the story is short and is only a tiny percentage of the game 12 different jobs each with an insane amount of challenges but 100 plus quests a huge open world begging to be explored the huge world and tons of quests like skyrim different kinds of animals and monsters on the landscape ranging from Canon fodder to insanely strong enemies which you need to level grind just to defeat them like final fantasy xii and xiii and finding quests from people standing around and walking around like atelier ayesha people say fantasy life is like Zelda and animal crossing first of all fantasy life is nothing like zelda and animal crossing is gay i played it for GameCube and the game wasn’t interesting and the locals walked around like children first learning to walk fantasy life is a great open world jrpg i have hundreds of video games multi consoles and multi generation and this one of the greatest games i own and like said earlier it’s in my top ten along with skyrim godfather marvel ultimate alliance balders gate 2 tales of hearts r call of duty 2 bayonetta God of war punch out i know it’s kind of pointless listing all those but i did deal with it so in short if you love jrpgs and own a 3ds their is no excuse not buy this phenomenal master piec.

  7. BlazeDuke

Endless Fun. There is a TON of content to go through and Days of Gameplay. 12 Classes/Professions each you can take up 6 steps from rookie all the way up to God. Not to mention a level 100 cap. The world, the environment and the monsters you fight all provide a fun experience. I look forward to continuing and maxing out every class. I enjoy the game and i recommend this as a buy.

  8. Jason

Extremely underrated game! I bought this a few weeks ago and have logged almost 100 hours, it’s super hard to put down once you start playing.

  9. Staff Sgt. Max Fightmaster

This is a fantastic take on both rpgs and craft games. You can play how you want and focus on what you want, and I can see this is going to keep me entertained for a very long time.

  10. Jen
