One of the better "post25th anniversary" SnakeEyes, but I’M NOT going to rate it "the best." This is the second best modern SnakeEyes after the POC desert battle version, maybe ??? When it came out in 2009/10, it earned a lot of fanboy praise, but has since been usurped in some hearts by newer versions of the character… The price markup maybe justified if you’re a completest or want a Resolute-era SnakeEyes. As with all older merchandise, beware of aftermarket shops promising "new" condition for "mint condition" dollars. My SE’s card was bent during the shipping process.

If your looking for one of those Gi Joe Snake Eyes figures out there; this figure is it! This City Strike Snake Eyes from Gi Joe: the Rise of Cobra line resembles the Snake Eyes that you may have seen in Gi Joe:Resolute the animated movie! Hasbro got it right with this Snake Eyes; he is not too buffed out, a little slender but chiseled enough (..a perfect representation of what snake eyes should look like; you have to remember he is a Ninja slash Commando)! This figure poses really well! City Strike Snake Eyes is an awesome figure! I might have to pick up another one of these City Strike Snake Eyes & not open him up! When you think of what Snake Eyes embodies & resembles; this is the Snake Eyes that pops up to mind (..what he should look like)! Once again awesome figure; and I recommend this figure to those out there who are looking to collect a few figures but not all! -This figure is worth the price of admission! This City Strike Snake Eyes rivals that of the Gi Joe: Renegades Storm Shadow; where Hasbro has brought the perfection in these characters out in action figure form! FIVE out of FIVE stars!!!!

Hasbro hit a homerun with this Snake Eyes. And I mean out of the park.This is based on the GI Joe Resolute cartoon where Snake Eyes is an ultimate badass (what else is new). His showdown with Storm Shadow is brilliantly done and both characters are drawn so well that I craved a Snake Eyes figure from it immediately. I was always hoping they came out with a high-end figure from it, but Hasbro’s version is so good (and cheap!) that the craving has subsided for now.It’s a magnificent sculpt with excellent paint apps. He comes with several weapons and accessories, but he really doesn’t need any. From a design standpoint, he’s one of those few 3 3/4th figures that make you want to start collecting an entire series. As a very casual GI Joe collector, my collection consists of him and a few ninjas. But he’s as nice of a figure for the GI Joe series as Hasbro as done with Star Wars. He just owns the shelf.You can pose him in so many different ways and his joints hold up. They include a stand in case he needs some assistance, but overall this guy is pretty much a perfect figure.
